Appartamento "Old Florida" completamente rinnovato

Questo grazioso appartamento si trova in un quartiere vecchio, consolidato, accogliente, sicuro e tranquillo, circondato da ampi terreni, alberi di quercia e giardini colorati. Downtown Sanford è una facile passeggiata di 16 isolati o in bicicletta passando per residenze storiche e restaurate. Una volta in centro, incontrerai visite turistiche, negozi, ristoranti e opportunità di relax apparentemente senza fine nei nostri numerosi e unici negozi, ristoranti, pub e micro-birrifici.

L'appartamento trasuda un'atmosfera da "vecchia Florida", con pannelli originali in cipresso in salamoia, ampio soggiorno e camera da letto e una cucina completamente rinnovata. Due ponti esterni offrono piacevoli momenti di relax in un giardino con vista sul terreno di 1 acro e parco dall'altra parte della strada. La camera da letto ha una zona lettura, scrivania e sedia, e un letto king-size. Il soggiorno ha un divano letto, nove posti a sedere e una televisione a schermo piatto con canali over-the-air e streaming video da Amazon Prime. Forniamo anche l'accesso a Internet Wi-Fi.

Siamo su una lunga strada di 2 isolati con un'intersezione "tee" a ciascuna estremità, dove il traffico è minimo e "ben educato". Un ampio parcheggio è sempre disponibile sulla strada.

Short peaceful getaway

Charming Apartment

This Garden Apartment is cute and quaint. It sits in a quiet neighborhood with access to 2 comfortable decks. These decks allow views of this beautifully manicured property and Live Oak trees. The apartment is cozy with a comfy king bed, updated bathroom and a well equipped kitchen.A perfect spot to enjoy Sanford and the general area. We would love to return.

Great Get Away Respite

My college daughter and I met for a couple days midway between us to get away. We had no idea what a great little town Sanford is! Our stay at the "Old Florida" apartment was just right-great location, extremely clean, great communication, lovely decor and thoughtful amenities. We took full advantage of the beautiful decks overlooking the gardens and loved being in the space. Highly recommend!

Cozily Eclectic Storybook Style

Conveniently appointed with everything you need to easily settle in… full kitchen and surprisingly large master and spacious shower bath. Dormer windows enable you to see all views, including your street parking. Private patio provided a spacious and beautiful view of extended manicured lawn in a lovely tree-lined neighborhood. Recommend bringing a hair dryer and luggage that’s easy to carry up two short flights of stairs—I will always choose the Rooftop Garden Apartment for my stays in historic, Stanford. Hosts are kind and responsive.. perfect!

We loved the little apartment. I do have a few recommendations though. The left motion light for the bed was a bit bright and very sensitive so it woke me up a few times. And the trash can in the restroom would be better in my opinion simply for guests who are having their monthly visit with aunt flow. Everything was perfect otherwise. Thank you!

Super nette Gastgeber. Wohngegend gleich neben dem historic district sehr schön, ruhig und keine Hochhäuser. Schöne alte traditionelle Häuser und Wohngegend. Trotzdem alles was man braucht auch fussläufig erreichbar, was untypisch ist für Amerika. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit Gewürzen, Kaffee und Tee. Alles topp - nix zu meckern. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

How Many Ways Can We Say "PERFECT" ??

Nice apartment, everything we needed

Great location in Sanford. Nice quiet neighborhood. Street parking in front of the main house. It wouldn’t be ideal if it was rainy due to the trek through the yard, around the house, and up the stairs across the deck though. Very clean and had everything you could need. Completely stocked kitchen and bathroom. Great little desk area. Two nice decks for relaxing. Comfy bed with nice linens. Nice swing in a big tree in the garden area you walk through to get to the apt. But don’t sit in it. They’ll turn the sprinklers on you.

The property and the neighborhood are just enchanting. The inside of the VRBO was neat, pretty, and comfortable. The bed didn't hurt my back! Areas to improve: It would be nice to have a path to follow around to the stairs to the apartment. The railing on the stairs was a little splintery and the stairway a little overgrown. There were a few cobwebs and the shower wasn't the cleanest - a little mold, someone's hair. I would stay again though. I'd love to go at a time of year when the weather be more conducive to making use of the gorgeous deck. It really was like a story book every time we'd drive up to and walk around the property.

Cottage in the Trees

I absolutely loved my 4 night stay, top of the list for accommodations if I return to Sanford. A peaceful retreat in the trees everything you could possibly want or need in the cottage. The decor created a lovely atmosphere, and the deck was outstanding. Sarah is very kind, I think we could chat over coffee or a bottle of wine! Next time.

Peaceful get away

Rental was well appointed, cozy and comfortable. Loved the the private deck. John and Sarah made sure my husband and I felt welcome. What would have made the stay that much nicer was a softer bed and the bedroom darker at night. There was a lot of light coming in from the street lights and flood light. Overall I would recommend it to friends and would go back for a short visit.
