This Spacious Beauty boasts a KING-BED Owner's Suite with a stunning custom walk-in closet, a 2d Bedroom with a FULL-BED, a 2d Full Bathroom, and a Laundry Room rounding up the main floor.

The upstairs area features the remaining three Bedrooms - with two QUEEN-BEDS, a FULL-BED, a CRIB & a Bonus Room with a Kid's play area, an HDMI splitter for Gaming Consoles and a Workplace area.

Guests will enjoy a nice selection of Folgers coffee, decaf, creamer, and varied flavors of tea. Guests will also enjoy the self check-in, check-out & full access to the entire house except a locked supply closet on the second floor.

Come stay in this fully-stocked Kitchen, fully fenced-in & zero-carpet Beauty; and only minutes away from various Golf Courses & 25 minutes from Fort Liberty!!

Our neighborhood is a well-established, safe and quiet place that offers a kid-friendly, pet-friendly, military-friendly, and family-oriented atmosphere. Our home is located towards the backside of the neighborhood which makes it even quieter and less trafficked. We are also conveniently located close to numerous wedding venues, Ft Liberty & downtown Fayetteville & Sanford. The absolute most perfect location!

- Strict disinfecting/cleaning protocols will be adhered to to ensure your & your Family's health safety.

- Only dogs allowed; 2 MAX & under 45 pounds each; one-time non-refundable pet fee per stay (not per pet).

- Absolutely NO smoking/vaping inside the house/garage or within 10ft from any entry point.

- Absolutely NO hosting parties, or events, or get-togethers on the property. Only Guests accounted for on the reservation are allowed at the house.  Any visitors MUST be pre-approved before arriving.

- An encompassing Vacation Rental Agreement (VRA) is listed under the House Rules Tab. Please read it in its entirety to ensure our property will be the best fit for your stay.

Roomy and lovely home
This is a beautiful property fully equipped for a carefree stay. The property manager was quick to reply to any request. The house was clean, and the beds were comfy. The primary bedroom downstairs is large with a nice bathroom and huge closet. The neighborhood is tranquil and lovely. There is a grill, patio furniture, and a firepit for people who want to do outdoor socializing and dining.

We needed a large home that also would allow us to bring our dogs! This house was perfect! Marilyn was always available to answer our questions before checkin and even allowed us to check in a lil bit early since we were arriving out of state. The house was so clean and every detail well thought out! Thank you, Marilyn!! Your home was perfect for our stay!! Hope we're able to stay again!!!!!

Great Stay and Host!!!
Our stay at Marilyn's place was fantastic. The home is very clean well taken care of. The location was great in that it was close to a grocery store and central to the area where we were golfing. However the true gem in this property is how well we were taken care by our host. She went over and above to make sure everything was right for us, and was able to help or accommodate any of our needs. She even helped with recommending local favorites of hers such as sights and restaurants. And in all my years of renting I would consider her as one of the top hosts I have ever dealt with. I would not hesitate to rent again or recommend this property to anyone else.
