“Great place to stay, with good amenities in the newly renovated wing of the hotel. Fantastic breakfast buffet (except for the couple of flies that were hovering around the sandwiches). Staff is warm and friendly. Special thanks to Dipak Das for extraordinary service during breakfast. The staff had wrongly put someone’s else bill of about 4000 rupees on my room, hope that is sorted out.”

“Before booking I called to confirm if they have elevator because my grandfather can't climb stairs and the person told me yes they do have and they will make sure they provide room close to elevator. When we went the receptionist said they don't have any elevator and they don't have any rooms on ground floor either and they cannot do anything about it. Ultimately I had to find another hotel at midnight with my family which was so stressful and difficult as most of the hotels were full.”

“Room was not ready on time even we try to check in on night time.. waited for 40 min for room to get ready.. then air conditioning not working in room, bathroom was piece of junk.. no response from desk to fix air conditioning worst experience..after lot of request they change the room and new room also dont have air conditioning.. no hot water for shower in morning ..i would give even zero star..”

“well this is the third time i am staying in this hotel.Usually i dont write reviews though i love writing,but i always think its a waste of time.Today i have specifically dedicated time to write because expedia gave such a great deal .about the hotel first.it is a highly spacious hotel.Initially they used to provide inhotel facilities like kettle and all,this time it was removed.The hotel is a bit far from temple,say about 800m as compared to other hotels.Rest as usual the hotel has courteous...
