“We arrived at the hotel at the time fixed for the check-in. No one was there for us, just a sign basically saying "I'm out for other activities. In case you need me call me". As we couldn't make intercontinental call, we waited more than 2 hours and no one showed up. We reached expedia to help us. They haven't solved our problem. They couldn't relocate us and I'm still waiting for someone to answer to me. The room payment was made in advance so the owner kept our money and we had to find...

“What a charming hotel in a great location! The free breakfast was modest, but adequate, the rooms were clean, and the style throughout was minimalist and modern. Loved the roof deck too. Absolutely would recommend to anyone staying in the Suncheon area. ”

“Loved everything about this place, the staff was super kind, room was spacious and modern and clean. Train station a 5-6 min walk. There's an E-Mart right across the way and a wonderful coffee shop attached at bottom of hotel. Would stay again for sure”
