Bellissimo condominio ristrutturato con vista sul Golfo, 5 stelle su VRBO e TripAdvisor e HomeAway. Luminoso e colorato, con un arredamento tropicale che si cerca in una vacanza sull'isola. Posizione comoda per la nostra piscina riscaldata, campi da tennis, lavanderia, ufficio, ea pochi passi alla nostra spiaggia privata. Sedie a sdraio e ombrellone arredate. Vicino a ascensore e parcheggio. Letto king-size (materasso Sealy Posturepedic) nel master BR con comodi letti gemelli nel BR ospite, che può essere collegato a un letto King, con preavviso. Nuovo divano letto matrimoniale (Sealy materasso) nella zona salotto. Tutti i nuovi granito-top mobili in cucina e nei bagni, pavimenti in cotto in tutta zona giorno (camere da letto moquette). Ventilatori a soffitto in tutte le camere e zona lanai. Il soggiorno è dotato di una grande TV a schermo piatto Samsung Smart con lettore DVD e libreria di DVD. Inoltre, un'unità AM / FM / CD con CD, una piccola biblioteca di romanzi / libri e puzzle / giochi. Wi-Fi gratuito e telefono con sistema di messaggi. Entrambe le camere sono dotate di bagno privato, cabina armadio, radio sveglia e TV a schermo piatto / lettore DVD. Ospite BR e secondo bagno hanno porta per il corridoio che può essere chiuso per la privacy per zona ospiti BR. Master BR ha una cassaforte nella cabina armadio, per gli oggetti di valore. Entrambi i bagni sono dotati di asciugacapelli, maniglioni in doccia / vasca. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inox, pentole, stoviglie, ed il pacchetto di avviamento di detersivo per lavastoviglie, asciugamani di carta, sacchetti di immondizia, ecc Lenzuola / asciugamani vengono cambiati in ufficio il martedì, per 7 o più pernottamenti. Una bottiglia di vino da parte del proprietario, come un benvenuto! Altri servizi includono: giocattoli da spiaggia per bambini, ferro e asse da stiro, carrello portatile per generi alimentari, sgabello pieghevole per cucina, stendibiancheria su lanai, lavello con pulizia a conchiglia per lavanderia, piscina / spiaggia doccia vicino alla piscina, ristorante accanto Sanibel Island Beach Resort (colazione, pranzo e cena più un "happy-hour"), un campo da golf pubblico è a un (1) isolato di distanza dal condominio. Abbiamo anche un noleggio di biciclette! Inoltre, abbiamo un GRANDE OFFICE & STAFF DI MANUTENZIONE SUL SITO PER PARTECIPARE ALLE TUE ESIGENZE! L'occupazione massima è di 6 compresi bambini e neonati. This condo had everything we needed for a great beach stay - including well equipped kitchen, easy walk to the beach, and a small but lovely pool. The buildings are older but well maintained, and the staff was super friendly. And it was so convenient to have bike rental on-site. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful place to stay.

Pros and Cons of what I would want to know when booking. Pros: LOCATION! This property is only maybe a 1 mile to shops and restaurants. Also, it is right on the beach. Closet was FULL of beach equipment! There were 2 chairs, 2 chaise loungers, pool noodles, nets, buckets, football and 3 boogie boards. Plus some umbrellas and other odds and ends. There was even a cart to put all your things in and wheel down t the beach! The only thing missing was a cooler for the beach, which may have even been in there, I just didn't look real hard. Rental Bikes on Property! You will def want to get some bikes and explore the island. We used them to shop, go to restaurants and explore. Cons: The pull out couch is extremely uncomfortable. My kids are 18, 16, 14, and 9 yrs old and all of them had to sleep on it at least once. They all did not like it and they usually don't complain about that. No washer and dryer in unit or in the same building and you have to download an app to purchase your loads. The app makes you put at least $10 on at a time, so if you were planning on not doing many loads, you're out of luck. It is $1.75 per load for washer and same for dryer. I heard the complex does give you one free wash though. Internet is not great. There is WiFi in the building, and I found that if you unplug it and plug it back it, it will work better, but you will be doing this multiple times. While they have bikes on site, most days it was hard to find one that was working - there were a lot with flat tires or chain that fell off. However, towards the end of our stay, they had stocked them back up! There were plenty, so guess its just hit or miss type thing. Overall, our trip was great! I wasn't sure what to expect being high school spring break, I thought there might have been more kids on the island, but that wasn't the case. It was a lot of older people and a lot of families with younger children - so the beaches and town were not super busy or overrun by teens. It was supe relaxing and the weather was GEORGOUS!!! I would def go back and the kids loved it too.

The condo was in a great location and was equipped with everything we needed. Everything was clean and well maintained. Sanibel Siesta is also pet friendly which was a huge plus for us. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

We vacationed at Sanibel Island several years ago. This trip has been planned for a long time. Thankfully, it is still a quiet, peaceful place to relax and enjoy the beach, pool, grounds and the beautiful islands of Sanibel and Captiva.

The perfect place for the perfect relaxing beach getaway! Sanabel island is a beautiful place! Assisting in making the beauty more real is staying in a fantastic place it is it within walking distance to the beach. The unit, the condominium grounds, the staff, the pool, and the beach we’re all superb.

Came here with our two young kids and had a blast. Right on the beach. The unit works great for a family with two children. Beach is amazing and the shelling is second to none. Made a day trip to Captiva and it was incredible. Location of Sanibel Siesta is perfect.

Beautifully maintained property with a fantastic, friendly helpful staff. The online listing is as described except for there weren't sufficient pots & pans to cook dinner. A great place for eating breakfast & lunch in and going out for dinner. Appreciated all the ceiling fans. Good collection of books & DVDs. Noted the pack and play portable crib in the closet for a little one. Very comfortable & relaxing.

This is our first time staying on Sanibel Island and staying at your lovely condominiums. What's not to like? The location right on Sanibel Islands beautiful beaches, a heated swimming pool, a lovely and well furnished 2 bedroom condo with a great porch, a closet full of beach supplies. The condo was very clean and was acceptable to two couples. It would have been better for a family due to the twin beds in the second bedroom. The condo had a small view of the ocean but the short walk to the beach was perfect. The screened porch was a pleasant place to relax. The staff was very helpful.
