** Demolition of the tennis court is scheduled to begin on October 6th and is expected to take two days. The remainder of that week will be dedicated to replacing the asphalt. Following this, there will be a 30-day rest period. Various projects, including fencing, painting, and shuffleboard renovations, will commence. The full renovation is anticipated to be completed by early December. Please be aware that workers will be on-site throughout this period. Construction noise should be expected, especially during the demolition phase **

The time is now to book your ultimate vacation at Pelicans Roost on Sanibel Island. This small complex has undergone a complete remodel with stunning finishes. Walk into the bright and spacious two-bedroom two-bathroom condo and immediately notice the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The open kitchen with solid surface countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. Luxury vinyl plank floor flows throughout this entire condo. Sliding glass doors open to the waterfront lanai, where you can enjoy the views, breeze, and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. The spacious guest room is perfect for family or friends. All new guest bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The large primary has stunning views of the Gulf and an attached all-new bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub combination.

Fall asleep in the primary bedroom with the comfortable king bed while enjoying the sounds and views of the Gulf. Your guests will be very comfortable in the guest bedroom featuring two full beds and ample storage. Additional sleeping on with queen sleeper sofa.

Spend your days shelling and sunning at the beach, swimming in the heated pool, and playing tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, or horseshoes. Find rare seashells on the beach outside your door. Rent bicycles and explore the island along its 25 miles of safe bike paths, one of which runs right by Pelicans Roost. Don’t miss the birds and alligators at “Ding” Darling Wildlife Refuge, the treasures on display at the Bailey Shell Museum, golf on nearby public courses, shopping in cute boutiques, or dining out on fresh seafood and family-friendly favorites.

Pelicans Roost is a small complex with only 21 units right on the beach. On three sides, it’s surrounded by palms and tropical vegetation, opening to the sparkling white sand beach and gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. It’s close to shopping, restaurants, the bike path, and tiki bars. Large, heated pool, elevator, and 2 large community gas grills. This is the perfect spot for a Sanibel Island vacation. Oceanfront, White sand beach, Heated pool, 2 large BBQ grills, Elevator, Paved parking, Laundry in unit, large screen TV with Wi-Fi and cable, AC.

Both bedrooms have Avocado green mattresses, which are the Consumer Reports' number one mattress- all organic. 43-inch wall-mounted Samsung smart TVs in each bedroom. The living room has a genuine leather swivel rocker recliner, a queen sleeper sofa, and a 55-inch Samsung smart TV. The kitchen has a Cuisinart griddle, 8 8-quart crockpot, a Keurig, and regular coffee makers with all new appliances. Board games, Tennis, and Pickleball rackets and balls are included. The bathroom has comfortable height, toilets, double sinks, and handheld showers
