Sandpiper Beach # 202 è perfetto per coppie e famiglie con spazio per ospitare fino a 6 persone! È magnificamente aggiornato e è un posto incantevole dove trascorrere il tempo mentre non sei in spiaggia, bombardamenti o goditi le attività dell'isola. Rilassati sul lanai con un libro, una tazza di caffè o un cocktail e goditi l'alba e il tramonto colorati di Sanibel a Sandpiper Beach 202.

Sandpiper Beach si trova adiacente al Gulfside City Park. È davvero un posto lontano da tutto, appena fuori da Middle Gulf Drive. Con 5 edifici (senza ascensori), parcheggio coperto, piscina esterna riscaldata, campo da tennis, shuffleboard e barbecue, Sandpiper Beach ha tutto ciò che si desidera in una posizione molto isolata.

Sandpiper Beach 202 è un'unità di livello primo soggiorno con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Ha piastrelle in gres porcellanato in tutta la cucina, soggiorno, sala da pranzo e bagni e moquette nelle camere da letto.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata con piano cottura, forno, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, microonde e bar per la colazione. La sala da pranzo può ospitare comodamente 6 persone, mentre il soggiorno ha un divano letto matrimoniale, divano a due posti, sedia laterale, tv a schermo piatto / lettore dvd e wi-fi. Il lanai schermato è appena fuori dal soggiorno e si affaccia sul parco fino al golfo.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, tv a schermo piatto, bagno en-suite recentemente ampliato e rinnovato con doppio lavabo e doccia, e una porta scorrevole sul lanai schermato. Il bagno ha un aspetto da spa con sfumature blu, piastrelle della metropolitana e piano lavabo in marmo Carerra.

La camera degli ospiti ha due letti singoli extra lunghi che possono essere lasciati separati o in viaggio di nozze insieme come un letto king size. Ha un armadio a grandezza naturale ed è dall'altra parte della sala rispetto al bagno completamente rinnovato di recente con la sua doccia piastrellata in metropolitana e vanità singola. Una zona armadio con una lavasciuga full size si trova appena fuori dal bagno per gli ospiti.

Un breve viaggio al piano di sotto conduce alla piscina e alla passeggiata sulla spiaggia. La piscina dispone di chaise longue, tavoli e servizi igienici. Il lungomare ha una stazione di lavaggio delle conchiglie e conduce alla spiaggia di sabbia di zucchero.

C'è un campo da tennis per il vostro uso, e funge anche da campo Pickle Ball. Sono fornite 4 palette.

Questa proprietà è suddivisa in zone per un minimo di 7 notti. Sandpiper Beach è una struttura riservata ai non fumatori. I camion non sono ammessi.

Perfect location , beautiful condo

This condo is located in a quiet small community. Great view of the ocean , short walk to the beach and pool is close by. Is clean and very well stocked with every thing that you will need for your stay ….there is a Costco or Publix in Fort Myers so you can load up on groceries before heading to the island or Jerry’s grocery store on the island will get you set up. Tons of shells, beautiful beach, and clear blue waters. Calm waters most days. Only downside were the No-seeum bugs in the evenings, but didn’t notice them during the daytime , just at dusk. So get some Noseeum bug spray at Jerry’s on the island. But the condo itself is perfect and the property management company is A, great communication.

Week in Sanibel

Lovely condo with pool and walkway to beach. We especially liked sitting on the screened lanai in the evening to watch the thunderstorms. Condo has nicely updated bathrooms. Plenty of space for 3-4 people.

Wonderful

We loved our stay! The location was great - it was nice and quiet with beautiful views of the landscaping and the ocean. The condo itself was decorated very nice and cozy. The beds were comfy which is hard to find. Loved how organized everything was - there were labels for all the light switches plus in the cabinets for the dishes !! Lots of attention to detail and thought into making the stay perfect. Also providing beach towels and chairs was a great plus !!!

Amazing condominium with gorgeous views of the beach!

We had the absolute best time at our stay in Sanibel. This condo had everything we needed and more. The views were amazing and the short walk on the boardwalk to the private beach was perfect. We will be staying here again!!

First time staying on Sanibel

Nice view of the ocean, pool was perfect as well as the water temperature. Renting bikes would be recommended and appreciated the location of this condo as it felt close to grocery, captiva and causeway

Sanibel 2BR Condo on the beach

Beautiful, clean VERY quiet condo on the beach. Kitchen had everything you need for regular cooking. Pool was nice and chairs are always available. My only suggestion is they need to upgrade the cable. We didn’t watch much tv at all (news and a game or 2 at night) and having non HD and a super small tv was frustrating. Other than that, it was great!

EXCELLENT! Truly everything as described and more! Location on the beach and on the the island was perfect. Immaculate furnishings and amenities. Would absolutely recommend to all and will stay here again should we have the opportunity to return to Sanibel!

Nice and quiet!

Good stuff: Great location, nice clean unit with plenty of kitchenware (and nice big kitchen). The beach towels provided were great, parking out of the sun, lots of space indoors and we loved the screened in porch. The pool was lovely and the beach access was great. Other stuff: internet was iffy inside, but was only a problem when we had to sign in for work. When I say “quiet”, I mean it. We got in trouble for playing music on the porch in the middle of the day. There were no children during our visit so outside was super quiet also.

Perfect Get Away

- the kitchen is fully stocked as well as beach and bathroom towels - extremely clean - storage unit has boogie boards, water tubes, coolers, beach cart, umbrella and about 8 beach chairs - pool is close by to the unit. - one of our favorites things about this location is the size. It’s not a huge resort so it’s not over crowded. Only 27 units in 5 buildings. - car port under the building so your car doesn’t heat up in the sun - very seamless check-in and check-out process and they answered any questions prior to our visit extremely quick - very close to Bailey’s General Store and Jerry’s Foods - one hiccup…the previous tenants were late checking out so we weren’t able to check-in at 3:00 pm and were delayed by about 30 minutes. We let them know we had “boots on the ground” and they were super quick to get us in our unit as soon as possible.

We couldn’t have asked for a better week. Such a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful location.

The pictures just don’t do it justice. The condo was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. Just steps away from the pool and the beach while being off the beaten path. Absolutely perfect. Can’t wait to get back there as soon as possible!

Spring break during COVID

We had an excellent time on Sanibel and at this property. The condominium was lovely and had everything we needed for a delightful week. We were pleased that the majority of people in the area were adhering to safety protocols which led to a relaxing vacation.

Great Covid Respite

Yes, we traveled to Florida in the middle of the pandemic. The condo offered a great respite from being at home. It was spotless and we had been assured it had been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. We enjoyed wonderful family time walking the beach, relaxing and riding bikes. Because of the pandemic, we chose to avoid restaurants (although we did make several trips to Joey's for yummy frozen custard) and found the kitchen to be well equipped for cooking. We appreciated the updated bathrooms and the overall feel/comfort of the condo. We brought 2 of our own beach chairs and a beach umbrella, however, there were plenty of chairs in the storage unit. While bikes are not provided, we rented bikes from Billy's and had them delivered. Easy! During the day, the internet was reliable, our college age daughter was able to stream her video lectures. However, we were unable to stream movies in the evening. This is not a game changer for us and we would rent this condo again. We have been going to Sanibel for the past 25 years and Sandpiper is our favorite complex. Easy and user friendly check-in/check-out, friendly staff at Cottages to Castles that were available to answer any questions prior to our arrival. Highly recommend!

We LOVED our stay!

This was our first trip to Sanibel and we had a wonderful time!! This condo was perfect for our family. It was a super short walk to the beach, we could not have asked for more! The condo itself was in great condition and I called it “home”, we were so comfortable there. I told my family that I want to come back next year to the exact same unit, but this time I want to stay longer! Communication with property management was always friendly and timely, big thanks to Sharon for all your help!!

Sandpiper 202 vacation was the best!

Location is everything and this place is just what we wanted. Serene and natural surroundings. Neighbors were friendly. We got to use the pool, shuffleboard and tennis court to play pickle ball. Each unit has a storage room for beach supplies and I was able to keep my electric bike in the storage room because there was an electric outlet there. The bike trails around this location are the best. The walk to the beach is a very natural setting. The view from the condo is just the best and the condo itself was clean, well decorated and loaded with amenities. I can’t stress enough how clean the place was. We will be back.

We stayed with our two kids, and the condo was perfect. It had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable. We love Sandpiper Beach for the quiet, the access to the beach and the great pool, and we would definitely choose this unit again. We appreciated all the informational emails about check-in and check-out. We didn't have a single need while we were there because everything was great, but I know they would have been available if we had needed something. Thanks for a great week on the beautiful Sanibel island!

We enjoyed our stay very much! We did not realize that we were staying in an apartment building that had a total of 6 apartments until we got there. But it really didn't matter because it was so nice. The apartment is decorated very nicely. Our king size bed was very comfortable. Our 18 year old son slept on the sofa bed. He did say that it was uncomfortable. Our 17 year old daughter commented that her twin bed was not very comfortable. We really enjoyed the gulf, the beach and the swimming pool. It was great to have the washer and dryer to keep our beach towels and bath towels clean. My husband really enjoyed sitting out on the screened in balcony and reading in the morning. The local grocery store(Jerry's) had everything that we needed. We enjoyed all of the seashells very much. All of the wildlife was amazing. We had a great time discovering the sand dollars and crabs and other animals. Overall, it was a great, clean, comfortable place to stay. We would stay there again. It was a perfect, quiet place for our family to spend time together and enjoy the Florida sunshine and the beach.
