West Gulf drive is a great place to stay. Sand Pointe has great beach access and great views from most apartments.

Our 3rd rental of this property & mostly satisfied. We're booked again for next season!Cleanliness could do with more attention: Wooden window slats are covered in dust & carpeting dirty - both in need of a clean. A modern 'flat' surface hob would be a welcome upgrade - frying is a nightmare!Call outs for maintenance problems were efficient & promptly attended.Shame no BBQs on the resort.

The 7 digit lock code was too many numbers. We don't take our cell phones to the beach and it was inconvenient to write it down and keep a piece of paper on us. We left the door unlock most of the time which defeats the purpose of the lock. Other places we stayed at had 4 numbers which seems adequate.

Amazing location. Walk to beach. Rented bikes and explored the area on those. Comfortable condo, nice all around. Very clean. Can't really say enough good things about it. Internet connectivity wasn't great but that wasn't much of an issue for us. It could be for a person trying to work from there. Word of advice... enjoy the island and leave the work behind. This place is wonderful.

A perfect getaway!
This beachfront condo was just as advertised. Clean, comfortable and the perfect view from the screened-in porch. The bed in the master was the most comfortable bed we have had in all of our beach rentals! We would definitely consider it the next time we return to Sanibel.

We were up graded to this unit. Beautiful view. Pool area had a bunch of gas grills and picnic tables. If you have a larger party the kitchen is big and 3 bedrooms. Freezer produced lots of ice

Upon entering, the first thing our family noticed was the clean smell & immaculate condition of the condo. We appreciate that in the COVID-19 world that you spent extra time disinfecting. Also, the new carpet is wonderful, thank you!The location CANNOT BE BEAT. For easy parking/pool/beach access, unit #117 is the premier unit at Sand Pointe.We've been there for each of the past 3 years with our growing family & intend to return next 4th of July as well!

2nd time I rented here. Very clean. Rental company is excellent & very pleasant. Was happy to see taller chairs to use on beach but they are extremely uncomfortable. It is expensive for one week.

Great location for a beach property & have holidayed there for many years. The last 2 years the property has looked very tired & lacking upkeep, requiring numerous callouts for basic maintenance during our occupancy. Sadly we would not want to rent there again without a significant improvement to the quality of the fixtures & fittings.

Condo was adequate. Carpet was noticeably in need of replacement. Counter top appliances need to be replaced. Not having locker access was found to be difficult. Beach amenities were in extremely poor condition. We have vacationed on Sanibel for over 20 years, we were disappointed and would not rent unit again.
