Fronte del Golfo Diretto! Modern 2 completamente rinnovata!

Viste dirette sul Golfo! Questa due camere da letto, due bagni condominio al primo piano è stato completamente ristrutturato con la parte superiore della linea di finiture. Uscite lanai e la vostra sulla spiaggia! Creare incredibili pasti nella cucina aperta con elettrodomestici in acciaio inox, armadi aggiornati, granito, vetro backsplash piastrelle e grande isola. La sala da pranzo aperto ha posti a sedere per sei, una bella lampada e opere d'arte nautica. L'ampio soggiorno, con vista sulla lanai e la spiaggia, è dotato di due comodi divani e TV a schermo piatto. Rilassatevi sulla lanai aperto con vista sulla spiaggia e il Golfo. La camera da letto principale ha un comodo letto matrimoniale, una vista mozzafiato e un arredamento rilassante. Il bagno principale dispone di pavimenti in marmo e da banco, due lavabi e doccia in marmo. Amici e parenti saranno molto confortevole nella camera degli ospiti con due letti singoli e un arredamento rilassante. Il bagno per gli ospiti dispone di un lavandino in marmo e vetro doccia piastrellata. Pavimenti in legno attraverso questo condominio di lusso.

Ascoltate le onde si infrangono, a piedi, il guscio rivestito spiaggia, giocare una partita a tennis, rilassarsi sul ponte superiore e guardare i tramonti di fama mondiale. Una vera e propria vacanza al mare Sanibel Island!

.......Almost Heaven

We absolutely loved this condominium. The furnishings were tasteful, colorful and beautiful. The kitchen was very well equipped. Modern, new appliances. I could have spent the week in the gorgeous lanai. The proximity to the water was beyond expectations. To be on the ground floor and walk out the back door and be on the small private beach was wonderful. We hope to return next winter.

Perfect location and great amenities

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandy Bend and wish we had stayed longer. It was clean, beautifully remodeled and decorated, and only steps from the beach! The location was so nice. Quiet yet a short distance from anywhere we needed to get in Sanibel. We cannot wait to visit again!

Comfortable and on the beach

It’s hard to imagine getting any closer to the beach. On the first floor with the waves less than 50 yards away and nothing obstructing the view. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable (admittedly, we only used the master BR). The kitchen, eating area and living room is all open and very comfortable. The lanai in front would have been great, but it was a bit too hot and humid when we were there (even at the end of October). Wifi was strong and dependable. An excellent property that’s also convenient to shops and restaurants on Sanibel. We’d gladly return!

Sanibel 2020

Rented Sandy Bend 3 and it was amazing! The property was clean, the furnishings were very tasteful and we were literally steps from the beautiful, uncrowned beach! Had everything we needed so it felt like home away from home! Communication with Kingfisher, the property management team, was top notch and the contactless checkin was very easy. I plan to return and can’t wait to go back!

A beautiful get away

Had everything we needed. The only disappointment was the beach at high tide...very little beach to put a chair down...the hurricane had passed through & it took the Gulf 5 days to calm down, Making it rough & more like the Atlantic Ocean!

Best location in Sanibel!

We simply loved the property! Super convenient location, oceanfront with a SUNSET beach! We had the most amazing time with our family. The house was super clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were steps away from the ocean. We already recommended to all our friends and we will definitely come back next year! :)

Wonderful location, nice condo!

Very nice, quiet location! The condo was very nicely decorated and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the nice linens. Being able to walk out of the condo right on to the beach was a big plus! Hope to visit Sandy Bend again!!

Great place to stay

Liked the location and condo set up. Right on beach. Good gulf views. Neighbors friendly. Only downside was tropical storm Barry . Nothing to do with condo. Just limited beach time. Would stay there in the future.

Beautiful property and great location!

This property could not have been nicer or more convenient! Everything was super clean and updated. The kitchen literally had every utensil and pan we could have thought of...and more! The area of the beach that the condo is on is towards the end of the condo/hotel strip and just before the private homes begin, so it was not super crowded. Although not in the description of the property (at least that I saw), there is a washer/dryer. Also, the condo complex has lounge chairs for the guests that you can drag down to the beach to use. That was really handy! Totally recommend renting bikes because the bike paths were awesome and this condo is a quick ride to the shops/stores in Sanibel. Would not have needed a pool except we were down when there was a Red Tide, so we missed having a pool a little. However, during normal conditions, the close location to the beach is perfect. We will be back!

Sweet Time In Sanibel

A beautifully appointed, very clean, and elegantly updated vacation rental that is just foot steps from the beach. This unit proved very comfortable for a family of four with space to spread out, yet a living room area which proved great for an evening of games together. Everything was very clean and appeared virtually new and in perfect working order. We met several owner (neighbors) who were very friendly and helpful to suggest the best restaurants, activities, and bike paths around the island. Biking on the wonderful bike paths proved an unexpected bonus. It was a great way to get around and see everything on a slower pace while avoiding the sometimes congested roads. Oh, and thanks for the great WiFi. Not one complaint from the kids... Also allowed me to keep up on my work... We would certainly return to Sandy Bend #3!

LOVED IT!

We have been to Sanibel a couple of times and are seriously considering retiring there is a year or two. We loved this unit! The location was fantastic, the remodeling was beautiful, the fact that we could walk right out onto the beach without stairs was more than a little convenient, etc... We also liked that the building was small and intimate, not a large complex. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed it. The only thing my husband missed was not having a pool or access to one. The weather was so cool and windy though that he wouldn't have used it anyway. Hope to be back soon....possibly for out house hunt.

Perfect!!!

The unit was clean, newly remodeled and had everything - kitchen had all dishes and utensils that you could possibly use, plenty of towels and beach towels, games, cards, dices! The best part is the rooftop to watch sunsets!
