Sandy Bend 6 – Now Renting!

Sought-after Gulf-front living on West Gulf Drive.

This beautifully updated two-bedroom, two-bathroom Gulf-front condo offers stunning water views and the perfect backdrop for a classic Sanibel beach getaway. Step into the bright, modern kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and crisp white cabinetry. Prepare meals while guests relax at the spacious breakfast bar with seating for three. The open dining area provides seating for four at a glass-top wicker table, ideal for relaxed island dining.

The comfortable living room includes a flat-screen TV and direct Gulf views. Step out onto the expansive screened lanai to enjoy the breeze, watch the waves, read a favorite book, or take in Sanibel’s world-famous sunsets and frequent dolphin sightings.

The primary suite features a king bed and sliding glass doors leading to the lanai. The updated primary bath offers a tiled shower and granite counters. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds, with a guest bath featuring a shower/tub combo and granite counters.

Sandy Bend is a no-smoking complex, including lanais, units, and all outdoor areas.

During your stay, enjoy listening to the waves, walking the shell-covered beach, playing tennis, or relaxing on the top deck to watch unforgettable sunsets. The Sandy Bend complex includes eight two-bedroom condos, a four-bedroom cottage, a building elevator, and tennis courts.

Please note: The house located behind the condo building will be under construction. The area will be enclosed with fencing, but guests should expect noise and construction vehicles. The Tennis courts are currently inoperable as they are being used to host construction equipment.

Kingfisher Vacations books reservations up to 51 weeks in advance. All properties feature contact-free check-in, so there is no need to stop at an office.

Beautiful condo!

For the most part we had a great stay! The condo was clean and had everything we needed from towels, beach chairs, etc. Being able to walk outside to the beach was amazing! Unfortunately, we were unaware of work being done in a unit upstairs and it was very noisy super early every day (which woke us up) until pretty late in the day. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommended.

Perfect seafront condo

Easy walk up to 2nd floor, even easier walk down to first level, grab a chaise lounge provided, walk a few feet and you are in the beach! Lovely & clean/ everything we needed for 2 adults & 2 20-something children

Not the best rental at all

Beds were horrible, leak from the ceiling, very old and outdated. Had to use our beach towels to shower bc their bath towels were so hard and scratchy. We actually left a day early we were so ready to leave.

Perfect vacation rental

My family stayed at this wonderful condo in early June for our family vacation. The condo was perfect for our needs. Small, quiet with beautiful views and right on the beach!! Great bird watching and the beach was not busy. The unit was very clean and well appointed. We loved the convenience of the numeric door locks. And then the pool was great - big, but with a shallow end my 5-year old could stand in, very new, lots of chairs and two very clean bathrooms. We loved every minute of our first visit to Sanibel.

Great condo, right on the beach in beautiful Sanibel Island

Nice property, well maintained in a cozy and safe stretch of Sanibel beachfront. The condo is two bedrooms with a full and half bath and a well appointed kitchen. Has a washer and dryer too. By far, the BEST aspect of this property is the oceanfront, ocean facing patio with many sliding glass doors that open wide to let the sea air and crashing wave sounds in. You are literally just steps away from the beach. And while there are many condo facilities up and down the beach, the beach by this unit was never crowded. Good food, bars and shops are within minutes (depending on traffic) of driving as is an excellent bike rental place called Finnimore Cycle Shop. And the area has miles off paved bike trails so you don't need to ride in the street. The property managers (Kingfisher) were polite, prompt and helpful during our stay as well. VERY positive experience at this unit overall. We'd love to come back some day!
