Completamente ristrutturato due camere da letto, due bagni, moderno Golfo Front Condo! Godetevi la cucina aggiornato con la parte superiore della linea di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, i contatori di superficie solidi, pavimenti in piastrelle bianche e armadi su misura. Tutto il necessario per creare un ottimo pasto mentre godendo la vista delle acque o di chattare con i tuoi ospiti al bar per la colazione all'aperto. La zona pranzo dispone di uno specchio d'argento spazzolato e posti a sedere per quattro. Relax sul divano componibile moderna mentre si guarda la TV a schermo piatto o per godersi la brezza dell'oceano. Splendida vista sul Golfo dal grande patio coperto con porte di vetro che possono essere aperte per far entrare i suoni delle onde scorrevoli. La master suite è anche vista sul Golfo, due letti queen size e una porta scorrevole in vetro al lanai. Rilassatevi nel bagno padronale con cabina doccia piastrellata. I vostri ospiti e la famiglia saranno molto comodo nella seconda camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e un letto matrimoniale. Il bagno per gli ospiti ha un lavandino moderno e cabina doccia. Un passo fuori del lanai e sulla spiaggia! Un condominio perfetto per una vacanza al mare grande!

Ascoltate le onde si infrangono, a piedi, il guscio rivestito spiaggia, giocare una partita a tennis, rilassarsi sul ponte superiore e guardare i tramonti di fama mondiale. Una vera e propria vacanza al mare Sanibel Island!

Great place

This is our 2nd summer at sandy bend. We love the ground floor units because you have unbeatable access to the beach. The beach is quiet, only a few steps away, very easy to go and come back many times (a must if you are traveling with littles). We went in the mornings and left our umbrellas and chairs out all day, picked them up just once in the evening which made things very convenient. The pool is always empty so our kids could splash around daily without disturbing anyone. This unit is remodeled and very clean. Furniture could be upgraded a bit. The 2 smaller beds in the master bedroom were a bit of a disappointment, you would expect a king size for this type of apartment. Yes, they were shown in the pictures so we were aware, it’s just that they were smaller than we thought. Also the TV in the master bedroom was tiny (not bigger than a laptop screen). Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware etc. A suggestion: not enough hooks to hang wet towels to dry, and you have plenty of those daily (shower and beach). All in all, we loved our stay. But small changes can make this place a much better one especially for the price one pays. Keep in mind. You are paying for the location, which is priceless.

They weren’t exaggerating

I wanted a condo close to beach. I didn’t want to drag thinks to beach for a long ways. And this was advertised as steps and truly it was. How nice to walk out patio door and a few steps we were at beach. Very quiet and peaceful. Clean and well maintained. My family would go back I made a good choice to stay there

Wonderful time

This property was perfect. Extremely clean, updated kitchen and bathroom areas, beds were very comfortable and you couldn’t be any closer to the beach and the water. We had a fantastic time and hope to return some day!

Beautiful View, Amazing Beach Access

First, the communication with the property management company was top notch. Any questions we had were answered super quickly. There is also an easy, safe, contactless check in. When you walk in to this property the view is amazing. One of this properties’ greatest assets is being able to walk out of the lanai directly onto the sand. And you are literally steps from the ocean!! We had everything we needed in the condo and truly enjoyed our stay. This little complex is amazing. Great location, great view, highly recommend!

If you are looking for a hidden gem directly on the beach, this is the place to stay! When you walk out the door, you are greeted with sand and surf! This is what my family and I needed after taking a pause with vacationing for over a year!

This property exceeded our expectations It was immaculately maintained The communication with the property manager was great, they were super responsive. The location is amazing, walk out the lanai and your backyard is the beach and your neighbors are gopher tortoises. You can see the sunrise and sunset from the beach or from your lanai. Would DEFINITELY a stay here again!

Sanibel Delight

We enjoyed our visit to Sanibel Island and our stay at Sandy Bend. Sandy Bend was a perfect choice for us because it was a smaller complex located close to the water. Our condo was spacious and stocked with everything we needed.

The property was as promised. The condo was immaculate and the view was absolutely stunning. We got to the island a little earlier than anticipated and called to see if we could by chance check-in early which was no problem! We will definitely stay there again.

Amazing stay on Sanibel Island

This is an amazing place to stay on Sanibel Island. You can spend all day in the screened in porch watching the ocean. It’s easy to walk 50 yards and hop in the ocean or watch the sunset. The place is impressively clean and really pretty as well with modern design. The only thing I would recommend are some light blocking curtains in the bedrooms.

Perfect in every way!

The condo was beautifully updated, comfortable and immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. The kitchen (although we didn’t do any cooking) was well stocked, large and very functional. This center, ground-floor unit had windows which opened on three sides of the lanai. It was a beautiful view and breeze. You could hear the waves from the Gulf throughout the condo. Since this was the beginning of the low season, it was blissfully peaceful with hardly anyone else around. We had a really easy, relaxing time. We highly recommend this idyllic setting and modern, tastefully decorated condo.

Sanibel Directly On the Ocean

Amazing condo that is directly on the beach. I could literally throw a football from the porch to the ocean. The main living space and bathrooms were very tastefully decorated, but the bedrooms need to be brightened up. The tennis courts and upper deck were a nice bonus. This condo is in an amazing location on an amazing island. I would definitely stay here again someday
