Beautiful Property

What an absolutely beautiful property! The condo was immaculately clean, & the view was to die for. The pool area was stunning as was the beach...duh! The complex is located in a secluded area. We loved that! The new boardwalk to the beach wasn't hot under our feet. Multiple showers around the pool was nice. Being the first renters in the property since repair from hurricane Ian, there were a few things that still needed to be fixed; however, it sure didn't ruin our stay! ALL staff was friendly & notified us well in advance of any repairs. Sanibel was hit hard. There's still a lot of damage on the island, but they will rebuild, & we will come, again & again! I CAN NOT wait to go back & stay here at this complex & in this condo!

TOTAL BUST

Sanibel Island was heavily damaged by Hurricane Ian. Our trip was scheduled for Oct 22-29. The Causeway Bridge was partially repaired, but only to be used for rescue and repair. I sent a note to owner immediately after Hurricane to inquire about damage. I never received one word of communication. I received a call from Property Manager several days before our scheduled trip. She said that Tourists are not allowed on the island at all. I expect this Owner to process a credit. We are disgusted with the lack of response and initiative to return our money. I am not interested in giving Owner an interest free one year loan.

Sanibel getaway

Excellent unit. Very well stocked, especially the kitchen. We really enjoyed the view from the balcony, whether to eat our meals or read a book. The complex itself was quiet and the pool a nice size. Easy access to the beach, which we walked/ran in the morning and evening and enjoyed swimming in the ocean. The island has extensive bike paths with lots to see. We will definitely return, but likely for 2 weeks next time.

Sandpiper Beach

The condo was comfortable and nicely furnished. Beach chairs great. While the kitchen was well supplied with pans and tools, there was nothing in stuff like leftover seasinings, plastic wrap, dishwasher soap, paper goods, kleenex. Ive stayed in management run condos before like that, but not vrbo units. That’s the beauty of vrbo units, they have things you dont have to buy for a short stay. Otherwise it was a great place.

Wonderful condo!

We really enjoyed our stay. Was relaxing and quiet with the park being on one side of the property. Beach was pretty. Had fun swimming and shelling, walking the beach, biking. Condo had everything we needed. Kitchen well equipped. Having a washer and dryer is so nice for a beach trip. Screened in porch helped keep the bugs out. King bed was firm but comfortable. Furniture in TV area comfortable. The only suggestion is the twin bed was hard and squeaked every time my son rolled over. Also need a full length mirror somewhere in the condo. We love Sanibel and we were very happy with this condo. Would love to return and stay here again

31st Anniversary

After a last second cancellation by our original property, chose this unit due to the top floor and seclusion of the property. The location and exterior property are fantastic. Clean, new walkway to the beach, pavers and the maintenance team was cleaning walkways daily. The pictures do not do the unit justice concerning the peacefulness of the setting. The unit was how it was portrayed. We had a few maintenance issues that were resolved, but not fast enough for our taste, and the unit needed a detailed focused cleaning. as we pointed out to our maintenance person. In our 8 stays on the island, this is the quietest with the nicest grounds/

Will definitely visit Sanibel Again

This was our first time to Sanibel. The condo location was a perfect beach location with zero crowds! We enjoyed biking to some gift shops, and the wild life was wonderful. The condo was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. I hope to visit again soon.

Quiet and relaxing

The location was perfect, short walk to the beach. It was a quiet and relaxing. Washer and dryer in the condo which is great, especially when traveling with kids! The only complaint and it is very minor, the bedroom TV's are really small. Kitchen was well stocked with pot, pans, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. Highly recommend this location!
