Ranging from 1,235 to 1,550 square feet, the spacious 2 Bedroom (HH2) suite comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with island-inspired decor and light-filled interiors. The peaceful primary bedroom features a plush king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a standard tub and shower combination. The second bedroom offers either a king-size bed or two twin beds (varies by unit) along with a separate bathroom featuring a standing shower or standard tub. Unwind in the open living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa, prepare fresh coastal meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy your morning coffee on the private screened balcony while listening to the ocean waves. Helpful Resort Information

• Standard Check-In & Check-Out Times: Check-in begins at 3:00 PM; check-out is strictly 10:00 AM.

• Home Week Check-In Day: Friday.

• Minimum Stay Requirement: Reservations are currently restricted to 7-night minimum stays only.

• Minimum Check-In Age: Primary registering guest must be at least 21 years of age with a valid government-issued photo ID.

• Elevator Status Notice: The resort's elevator is currently out of service; access to suites requires using stairs.

• Island Services Update: A limited number of grocery stores and local businesses have reopened on Sanibel Island, with one gas station currently operating.

• Parking Details: Covered on-site parking is available for guests.

House Rules / Policies

• Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is prohibited inside guest suites and balconies.

• Strictly No Pets: Pets are not permitted on property grounds. Officially documented service animals are welcome.

Important Notice:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.
