Magnifico diretto Gulf View condominio a Meridiana Resort, unità B402

Questo condominio attico ha una splendida vista sul golfo diretto, è completamente ristrutturato ed è completamente attrezzato per una vacanza fantastica. L'edificio ha un ascensore. Parete a parete, pavimento al soffitto porte scorrevoli in vetro massimizzare la vista mozzafiato. I cursori aperti al lanai schermato dalla camera da letto e soggiorno. La posizione al quarto piano offre la sicurezza di lasciare le porte aperte di notte in modo da poter addormentarsi al suono del surf e la brezza del mare.

L'appartamento ha una vera camera da letto, che offre tranquillità e privacy. Questo è particolarmente conveniente per un soggiorno prolungato o quando si condivide l'unità con bambini o un'altra coppia.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata con un frigorifero con ice maker, fornelli, lavastoviglie, microonde, frullatore, caffettiera e tutto ciò che serve per cucinare e cenare comodamente.

Troverete 2 TV a schermo piatto con cavo. Il soggiorno TV ha anche un lettore Blu-Ray / DVD. Ho una docking station per iPod / radiosveglia, CD / mp3 / radio combo e Wifi gratuito. C'è anche un piccolo libro e una collezione di DVD nell'unità.

Due biciclette ad 1 velocità, sedie a sdraio, ombrelloni, giochi da spiaggia e teli mare sono disponibili gratuitamente. Un carro è fornito per aiutare i vostri effetti personali all'unità.

L'unità si trova leggermente dietro l'edificio sulla spiaggia, ma è quasi il più vicino al lungomare come si arriva, senza pagare prezzi sulla spiaggia. Situato nella tranquilla estremità ovest del complesso della Meridiana, è a pochi passi dalle spiagge incontaminate di Sanibel.

NOTA BENE: questa unità NON include l'uso dei servizi forniti dal resort come sala fitness, vasca idromassaggio, lettini e kayak. Se desideri questi servizi, è necessario affittare attraverso il resort. La maggior parte delle persone non trova i servizi del resort che valgono la spesa extra.

Avrete l'uso di 4 dei 5 piscine sulla proprietà. È esclusa solo la piscina principale. Fornisco sedie, ombrelloni, teli mare e altri attrezzi. C'è una piscina proprio fuori dalla mia costruzione. Il salone / spa, pizzeria, market e tutti i ristoranti del resort, tra cui il tiki bar, sono aperti al pubblico. I campi da tennis sono considerati pubblici e possono essere prenotati tramite il resort.

This unit is very nice, well appointed, and well stocked. Anything you need for the beach is provided, it made our stay more comfortable. And the VIEW, just amazing! You can’t go wrong with the easy access to the beach, it’s so close you can come back to the unit for anything you need within two minutes. And it’s centrally located to all the great spots on Sanibel. This will be our go-to place from now on.The owner is very friendly and communicative, a true pleasure to work with.

Fantastic stay at this extremely clean, comfortable condo with everything you could possibly want. The view from the living room, bedroom and balcony was beautiful and it was so relaxing listening to the gulf waves. We had the use of bicycles, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and even a wagon to cart your items to the beach. Miles of uncrowded beautiful beaches with lots of shells. Great location to restaurants and sightseeing. Paula the host was quick to answer any questions. We will definitely book here again. Great experience!

The unit was perfect for our stay. The view was beautiful, and the unit had everything we could need. Paula has seriously thought of everything. I have never stayed in such a well-appointed vacation home before. The resort where the property is located, is beautiful manicured - both the beach and pool are steps away. We definitely would like to stay again, just next time for longer!

Property allowed for a beautiful view of the beach. The room was beautifully decorated and fully equiped with anything that someone would need. Storage room had everything a traveler would ever need for the beach or bike rides around the island. This was a truly amazing property and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the island.

This property was perfect for our family of 3. We have stayed at several properties at the Sundial Resort - all booked through VRBO type sites - and by far, this property offers the most as far as the amenities available (ie. bikes, beach toys, sun chairs, etc). Paula even has the unit stocked with the basics (salt, pepper, oil, coffee filters, laundry soap, etc) which is really nice! At some of the other properties we've stayed at, we've had to purchase these items. We look forward to staying here again!

We loved the SI vibe! The condo was perfect for our family of 4 for the week…the location…all of the extras included made it easy to travel to and still have access to everything one could want on vacation… the comfort of the space… the top notch customer service and availability of the owner…and so much more. The wall to ceiling doors that slide open was the best feature of the condo, especially with the view and screened in lanai.

This property made our very first visit to Sanibel Island a remarkable experience. We planned for a week of rest & relaxation and that’s exactly what we got! The owner really has thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay! We especially enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai overlooking the gulf, our walks on the beach, and getting around the island on the bikes she has available. The condo is very clean and inviting and well maintained. Our only regret was not utilizing the beach chairs and umbrellas. But, we will do that next time because we would definitely come back to this condo!

We had an amazing time at Paula’s condo. The view was fantastic, she has everything you need in the condo or storage to make your stay complete. Her info binder in the condo really helps you navigate the island! We look forward to planning another trip and staying here again!

There was a beautiful view of the beach from the lanai. A short walk across the parking lot and we were on the beach. The beach equipment provided enhanced the stay immensely! We found many beautiful shells!! The room was great! The bed was comfortable and the pillows were very nice! The kitchen was nicely furnished. We loved our stay here💕💕

We had a fantastic time at this condo. It was perfect for our family of 4. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing beach stay, including beach chairs and towels and sand toys and bikes. The kitchen was well equipped and the place was clean and comfy. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean each morning and having the beach so close. Our only complaint is that we had to leave when our vacation was over :( wish we could stay forever!

My family and I loved the condo. We were there for a long weekend. It has a magnificent, beautiful ocean view. Absolutely everything we needed was in the condo to make it a perfect stay. I have to say that my niece loved the boogie board. I would love to stay there again.

The property has beautiful views of the gulf and is well stocked with a cart, chairs and umbrellas for the beach. We spent hours by the water. Be sure to catch the sun rise each morning and then take a bike ride to the shops or the Shell Museum. The property is very clean and a perfect space to relax.
