This rental does not include beach chairs or umbrellas. While some of our homes may have beach gear on-site, availability varies, and we cannot guarantee specific items will be provided. Important Note:
Please be aware that Pointe Santo and the surrounding community are still recovering from the effects of Hurricane Ian. Certain amenities, such as the elevator, pool, tennis courts, and BBQ grills, may not be available during your stay. Additionally, reconstruction may be ongoing in nearby areas, which could cause some noise disruptions.

The pool, Spa, and Pool Deck are currently closed.

Important Note:
The elevators are currently functional; however, as they are mechanical items, we cannot guarantee they will remain operational during your stay. Please note that refunds will not be issued in the event of elevator malfunctions.***

Important Notice: The pool is now open and safe to use. However, the spa is out of service due to a damaged circulation pump and has been cordoned off until repairs are completed. For your safety, please do not enter the cordoned-off areas leading to the pavilion.

**Please note that concrete work will occur from mid-October to mid-late January. Noise will be associated with the work as crews work from the A building to the D building**
