Enjoy your vacation at the beautiful "Sanibel Luxe" house.

Swim, play or just relax by the wonderful POOL and SPA.

The beach is less than a mile away and the Sanibel Golf Club is a half mile away. The mid island location is close to shopping, galleries, restaurants and other services.

Sanibel Luxe has everything you need to live the Sanibel life!

Rooms:

The Great Room - encompasses the Kitchen, Kitchen Dining, Lanai Dining and the Living Area with new smart TV.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots, pans etc. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are provided.

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and new smart TV. It also has Lanai access and sofa for relaxing.

The Master Bathroom Suite is beautifully appointed with a large soaking tub and walk in shower.

Both Guest Bedrooms offer queen beds and a full bath.

Bedding and towels are provided, as are initial quantities of toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap and dishwashing machine detergent.

We also provide beach chairs, towels and umbrella to take to the beach if you wish.

Great property, had a Great time! Plenty of room and comfortable living areas. Cat, the manager, was Awesome. We had a couple minor issues and she handled them within 24 hours. We had family for 12 days and everyone had a wonderful time. Pool and hot tub were great. It did get a little buggy on some of the nights not having screen. We're golfers so the golf course right down the street worked great. Liked the location and would stay here again. Tim

Hurricane Survivor, A Great Find

This place was a perfect size for 3 couples. Lots of room, great neighborhood. The pool and spa were fun to use after a day of activities. The property manager, Kat, made our stay hassle free. If we had a need, she responded almost immediately. She was fantastic. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to come stay on Sanibel.

Highly recommend

We highly recommend John! He made the rental process go smoothly, was quick to respond to our questions, bent over backwards to resolve any minor issues we had. The rental property was everything and more than what we expected.
