Benvenuti nell'unità 1C di Shorewood of Sanibel. Il nostro condominio per le vacanze al primo piano è un condominio con tre camere da letto / due bagni completamente attrezzato con un letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale, due letti singoli e un letto matrimoniale nella prima camera degli ospiti e un letto matrimoniale nella seconda camera degli ospiti. La camera da letto principale dispone di bagno privato e posti a sedere, incluso un futon pieghevole con bagno per gli ospiti fuori dalla zona cucina. Il nostro condominio ha anche una cucina completa, zona soggiorno e lanai schermato con una splendida vista sul Golfo del Messico. Rilassati con stile sui nostri mobili di fascia alta in teak. Essere al primo livello è unico in quanto il lanai ha una scala a chiocciola privata che porta al livello del suolo per un facile accesso alla spiaggia e alla piscina. Shorewood di Sanibel ha una piscina condominiale e un campo da tennis. Abbiamo trascorso diversi mesi a rinnovare completamente il nostro condominio da cima a fondo. Tutti i nuovi pavimenti in tutto, design cucina aperta con ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile di fascia alta. Vernici e finiture fresche, nonché tutti i nuovi arredi. Speriamo che ami Shorewood 1C tanto quanto noi!

Very Nice Property

The condo and property are very nice. Very clean, great communication, and awesome location. We did have some issues with ants in the kitchen while we were there and guests from the condo on the other side of the tree line were parking in the parking spaces at our condo, making it sometimes very difficult to find parking. But overall it was a great vacation and very nice place for my family to stay.

Amazing Beach Condo

This place was beautiful and had lots of room for all of us to hang out. The location was great with a partial ocean view from the unit. The elevator made it easy to get everything in and out and made it easy on my grandmother. We enjoyed the pool and close proximity to the beach. It was so nice having beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and a wagon to haul it all down to the beach. Check-in was simple and they were very responsive. Thank you for a great experience, we would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing family spring break. Condo had all the essentials we needed and more. Was spotless & super clean on arrival. Beautifully updated & quiet location. We loved the screened in porch facing the gulf & using the beach chairs.

50th Celebration

We spent a wonderful week in this huge beautifully decorated condo. Great view, clean pool and the beach is right outside your door. Parking was easy, complex was quiet and clean, great location to get to everything Sanibel has to offer quickly. We will definitely check out your availability the next time we visit Sanibel.

Great location, great condo. The set up and beds was perfect for family.

I would definitely stay here again. Great location, great supplied condo. Beach chairs provided was very much appreciated being that we flew. The unit had everything you would need for a weeks vacation for all ages, to kids potty seat, step stools, blenders, flash light, beach equipment, the list goes on and on. We did need something fixed and replaced and it was literally taken care of within 2 hours of it being reported. Great service!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and was well equipped with all the amenities anyone could imagine. Ryan was a wonderful host and was quick to reply to any questions. We enjoyed a walk on the beach each morning, a good book at poolside mid-day & beautiful sunsets at night. Convenient location; great layout for families; highly recommended!

Beautiful renovation, wonderful vacation

We booked this unit before the renovation was complete and were thrilled with the final product. The unit was very clean and tastefully decorated. We were unsure whether beach towels were provided and packed them to be sure. There were beach towels at the unit, so save the space in your suitcase and use theirs. The unit has outside access to the back deck, so we were able to rinse off and carry our beach supplies up without going through the house. This was great and allowed us to avoid tracking sand in with us each time. The unit sits back a little and we came to like the short distance from the pool as well as the quiet that came there. The beach access was an easy walk and we found a great deal of shells just outside the unit. Overall, this was a great experience and we would definitely return. We visited some of the larger resorts on the island and all agreed that we preferred the quaintness of this complex. Thank you!
