Le meravigliose viste saranno ora abbinate a un interno mozzafiato! Grandi viste proprio sull'acqua. Pavimenti in gres porcellanato grigio chiaro in tutto il condominio. Una nuova cucina con armadi belli, backsplash piastrelle bianche, controsoffitti quarzo bianco e grigio, nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e una planimetria aperta. Altre ristrutturazioni includono, aggiornato o nuovo arredamento in tutta l'unità, una bella parete scorrevole per separare il maestro dal soggiorno e ripiani in granito nel bagno padronale. Due camere da letto con bagno privato con porte in vetro e cabina doccia piastrellata.

AMAZING!

The whole property is fabulous with an onsite pool and tennis courts. The beach is literally 100 feet from the building with more shells than I've ever seen! The unit was recently updated and perfectly clean when we arrived. There was plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. I spent a lot of time on the screened porch watching the waves and enjoying the awesome views! The beach wasn't crowded, and the water was warm and clear. There was a sea turtle nest roped off right next to the beach access! And So. Many. Shells. We also rented a couple of bikes from Billy's - they were at the property when we arrived and labeled with our names.

Grandmother, Daughter, Grand daughter vacation!

Sanibel Island is one of the most unique and beautiful places I’ve ever been! The condo was amazing and the company kingfisher vacation rentals was equally excellent! Shout out to Spencer at Kingfisher he was really kind and even gave me three pages of things to do and see and gave me the best places to eat! The condo was perfect, beach access only steps away! If you’re looking for peace and tranquility this is the perfect place! I can’t wait to come back to #5!

A Disappointing Stay on a Beautiful Island

My family and I spent the week at this villa (Beach Front) unit. Having grown up coming to Sanibel for more than 20 years, we were very excited to start our vacation. When we arrived, the unit was not clean from the previous guests, food in the refrigerator, sheets and towels on the floor, dirt and beds not made up. After speaking to the management company, they apologized, sent the cleaners and credited us back 100.00. Each morning were were awakened by construction (roofers) at 7:30 with the sounds of their nail guns. Additionally, we were competing for parking (only 5 parking spaces available for the guests) with sometimes up to three construction vehicles occupying these spots. With the other construction going on in the unit downstairs (New cabinets one day, granite the next, dry-wall and painting another), this was what we were trying to get away from when booked our vacation. We normally stay at "Shell Island Beach Club", but there were no units available for the week we were seeking. The unit itself was recently updated and outfitted with nice tile throughout, updated kitchen and bathrooms. The privacy door between the living room and the master is a thin sliding stackable door, not private at all (too much sound and light coming from the living area). In addition, the TV in the guest bedroom was also not functioning. I can not say enough about the view and the shelling but I would not rent this unit again due to the events that took place during our stay. Upon our departure, the same cleaning folks approached us and asked whey were were checking out early, I stated we were scheduled to check put on Saturday. He proceeded to show me his cleaning schedule, the management company had us checking out on Tuesday. Hope to folks coming into that unit did not arrive to an unclean unit.

The property is right on beach. It has been partially updated. Beautiful part of Sanibel Island.

This property was nice and clean. The kitchen, part of the master bath and furniture have been updated. Some features are older but all works well. The covered patio is great to have breakfast and stroll on the beach. Sanibel is known for shells and we found quite a few nice ones. We made margaritas and went up to the uncovered patio on the roof and sat under the stars while watching the waves crash in the moonlight. Very peaceful and beautiful. We would highly recommend stay at Sandy Bend!

Great location!!!

Nice job with recent renovations. Bathrooms still need renovation, especially the master bath. Kingfisher service personnel very responsive. Overall, a great stay.
