“We rented the Jacuzzi room which cost extra the room, smelt, wet and musty. The first day we tried to use the Jacuzzi in the room. There was no hot water and no power to that section of the room we gave notice on the front desk. It was not repaired. We checked out and did not spend the second day there. They had also put children in a room above us that were purposely stomping back-and-forth for an hour.”

“What I liked most about the property was how clean and well-maintained the room was. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I would also like to mention the spa team — they were very professional and provided a great experience.

“The room was dirty, the toilet had not been cleaned. The microwave in the dining room did not work. The breakfast was good, but they have a waffle iron and had no waffle batter. All in all it really wasn’t a bad stay. It was quiet. We got a good night sleep, I chalked everything else up as maybe they were understaffed or we’re just having an off day. I would probably stay there again.”
