“This was the perfect cottage for my family of 4 to spread out and not be on top of each other like a hotel room. We used the provided bikes every morning. Loved biking. The proximity to the beach with the provided umbrella, chairs, towels and wagon was awesome. Loved our stay!”

“Wonderful property, staff was friendly and helpful and we felt that we actually got a benefit from the minimal resort fee ! The shell collecting bags we received upon arrival was a very nice touch along with the daily bottled water. Housekeeping was top notch and very quick. Beach chairs were awesome and the pool and bar area were very nice. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend ...”

“Hotel molto bello e confortevole. posizione ottima per visitare sanibel e captiva. Stanze nuove e pulite. Colazione variegata e abbondante. Piscina grande e riscaldata, con vasca idromassaggio molto calda.”

“Struttura esternamente nuova, con parcheggio gratuito. Nelle foto avevo visto che c era la piscina, invece era in manutenzione. Le stanze carine ma il divano letto scomodo. Nel bagno c era la lavatrice ma era tutta arrugginita, quindi non l ho usata. Top la vista sul mare. Nei dintorni qualche ristorante ma sinceramente mi aspettavo di più. Nel complesso buono ma con quel prezzo avrei scelto altro”

“second floor with the screened in porch was fabulous! Loved the hanging chair and we had a full view of all of the manatee's outback! Perfectly located, will stay here again for sure!~”

“Bella struttura sul mare con suite veramente bella e attrezzata di tutti i comfort. Servizio spiaggia e piscina ottimo. In giro ci sono disseminati giochi per intrattenere bambini. Colazione ok. Cucina super attrezzata.”

“This place was very efficient for what we needed. Nice location for where we needed to be. Nice people, friendly stall. Not the ritz but they are doing a pretty good fixing up stuff. Should Be a nice difference when they finished. The new owners like they serious about the updates. Goodluck folks!”

“The room was clean and had everything that I needed. The tv is too small it needs to be a 65'. The door to the other unit that is not in use needs taken out as the noises from the othe unit is like they are in the same roon with you. The lighting on the side of the building could be better, but all in all it was ok and I would return again. ”
