“The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. My stay included breakfast, which was available between 7am - 10am. It meant that I didn't have to get up too early for it. The spa and pool were great, very clean and also had amenities such as snacks, water and hot drinks. They were both open for very long hours so i was able to use them after I returned to the hotel after my day outs. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it's in middle of Bad Aussee, just the spa and pool is worth...

“You need to book the lake view rooms! Walking onto the balcony at all hours to admire the lake was the star of the show, especially when there's a boat playing live music in the evening. The owner, Franz, was so helpful to my elderly Asian mom. Her English isn't the best, and she told me he was patient and informative. Parking is 18EUR, but that's standard in that small area. “Check in was easy. Emails explained everything. Location was awesome we walked from train station and everywhere else. Kitchen stocked with most things plus farm fresh eggs which was real nice! Bed and bedding in good condition. The patio had a great view of the mountain and the sheep....it was quiet for the most part. Shower was hot and water pressure great! We loved it! ”

“We have arrived 9.30 pm and still there were someone to greet us and passed us the key it was clean tidy room with clean sheets and many pullows and quilts clean bathroom. “Ein tolles, gemütliches Hotel. Wir kamen nach 17 Uhr an und wurden am Vortag kontaktiert, um alles abzustimmen. Man hat uns einen Code für den Self-Check-in geschickt – das war sehr bequem für uns. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze. Das Hotel liegt in einer hervorragenden Lage – von der Terrasse aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Stadt und die Berge. Gutes Frühstück, das Zimmer war groß, sauber und modern. Wir empfehlen das Hotel weiter und kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir in der Region sind.”

“The staff here are all so wonderful. Vladimir, Dragi and the lady owner took care of me very well. The breakfast was very filling and the coffee was amazing. Vladimir was able to check me in early and the room was very clean. The ski area is very close from the property and Schladming town is a 5 min drive. A lot of parking spaces in the area. The facilities are great, pool, sauna, gym and there's a table tennis area. Really wonderful staff.”

“Beautiful hotel, very welcoming and professional, smiling staff. The room was huge and beautiful, with a sauna on the HUGE balcony! Wow… the only thing I would change is the mattress, it could have been so much sweeter with a memory foam mattress… but no necessarily uncomfortable… Also, pay attention to the office hours of the front desk, after a certain time of day, you cannot reach anyone at the front desk. Just be aware. Otherwise, I highly recommend this lovely place! ”
