“Went for relaxation while in the city . Lobby was clean spacious and updated . Check in went smooth . One of the elevators was out , understandable , but the hotel was also hosting a mixer in the front of the building . So wait for elevator was a bit long. Room was spacious ,but dated and aged, with purple walls and turquoise curtains . Not a big deal for a night or two but there was “event” being held in front of the building , music blared until 1030 or so . Called down , Cade in guest...

“Dirty room, dusty and poor upkeep. Poor housekeeping service that did not reliably come to clean the room regularly and when they did, it was a poor job. They did not pick-up/change towels left in the tub. Bed-making was a joke and looked disheveled. Room smelled like smoke throughout our stay. Had to have it disinfected three times. Left a message at the front desk to call the manager about the situation and they never returned the call. TV did not work properly and maintenance could not fix...

“You can't expect luxury at this price point, but if you're just looking for a place to shower and sleep, this'll do the trick. I didn't personally have any major issues with my room, and the staff was kind and surprisingly alert considering how late in the night I arrived!”

“The pictures are extremely misleading. The worst hotel I ever stayed in. One of the blankets had a whole in it. There was a face towel left on the shower curtain rod. It smelled like smoke. The floors were peeling. The walls were damaged. I wouldn’t even invite someone to come see me and sit in the parking lot. I kept checking my vehicle to make sure it was damaged because of the other guests. It looks like a place you go to have shady dealings. Not judging but looked like it was full of...

“Very clean, great customer service, great location. ”

“they did not have rooms to honor the reservation; sent us to another hotel claiming they had set up a booking there; when we arrived and the 'replacement hotel' they knew nothing of a reservation and had to contact hotel for information. luckily they had a few rooms. the desk staff was rude and unhelpful and there was no manager on staff because if was a weekend”
