The house has 7 bedrooms, 4 of which are double and 3 are triple. There are 3 shared full bathrooms and a shared half-bath.

The interior space is divided into several areas and floors. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, sofas, and a billiards room. A fully equipped open-concept kitchen/dining room with a fireplace and a large wooden dining table, offering direct access to the outdoor terrace. A room featuring a heated whirlpool pool, perfect for enjoying any time of year, and a game room for both children and adults. From this area, a staircase leads to a meeting room with a large wooden table, fully equipped with a projector, DVD player, VHS player, C+ receiver, and speakers, and set up to connect a personal computer for any event.

The second and third floors are the bedroom areas, where the guest rooms are located. The second floor opens onto a small balcony with a table and chairs and a guest restroom.

Outside, there is a terrace with a barbecue area and outdoor furniture, as well as a spacious garden with lounge chairs.
