The living room, connected to a kitchen equipped with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and washing machine, features a dining area with a large living room with a fireplace and two sofa beds. The pool and garden are accessed via internal and external stairs that lead to the splendid terrace.



The second master bedroom with private bathroom has independent and direct access to the pool and is reached by descending some steps around the main structure. It offers splendid views of Playa Des Codolar.



The last section of the property has independent access directly from the road with exclusive parking in the garden. It features a master bedroom with private bathroom and a private kitchenette with refrigerator. External steps lead to the pool.
