La casa è completamente attrezzata con piscina a sfioro, composta da 4 camere matrimoniali, 3 bagni, 1 WC, lavanderia, cucina completa, garage per 2 auto, veranda, terrazza con splendida vista di 200 metri. Ha anche un bagno nell'area piscina, tappetino per bambini, tavolo pin.
Posto perfetto per passeggiare e rilassarsi. Non ci sono vicini, solo una casa di campagna nelle vicinanze, privacy totale, niente auto, ideale per famiglie con bambini.
Oltre agli amanti della natura, la casa si trova in una valle circondata da campi e boschi, con una vista spettacolare sulle saline e sulla valle.
Si trova a pochi minuti da numerose insenature e spiagge. È anche vicino alla città di Ibiza a circa 10 minuti.

A big thank you to the owner of the villa. He gave us a warm welcome, was always available for us and very helpful. The villa was very well maintained, offered a lot of space, had a great view and our children especially liked it; large pool, space to play, fenced off so that they could play without constant supervision... All in all a wonderful vacation.

Prima verblijf met heerlijk zwembad. Wat afgelegen maar daardoor ook heerlijk rustig. Gastheer/eigenaar zeer attent, reageert ook snel op vragen etc. En helpt overal mee om je vakantie naar je zin te maken

We had a lovely stay in this rental. The host was super friendly and helpful and was great at responding promptly to any of our queries. The villa itself looks as it does in the photos and the layout is great for an even larger group than ours. There were 3 of us on this trip but you could of course manage a lot more with 4+ bedrooms. We spent most of our time by the pool overlooking the bay but it was easy to drive to Sa Caleta beach which is very close by. The beds are comfy - I think memory foam mattresses. Bathrooms are clean and ensuites (2) are large. We had rented a car for this trip and I would recommend that for this property - taxis seem to be notoriously hard to get in Ibiza island anyway but as its a little bit more remote than most it can be tricky for cabs to find you. The TaxiClick app was a useful discovery however for those nights we didn’t want to drive - but be sure to start the process of ordering well in advance of when you need the ride. There are plenty of supermarkets/grocery stores nearby. You can even get pizza delivered from local spot. It was our first trip to the island so we drove around to get to know the different areas - everything is easy to reach within the hour. Worthwhile day trips to Portinatx, Cala Mastela, Jondal Beach, Salinas. As well as of course the old town of Ibiza. We all enjoyed our trip, the villa, the view, the quiet and the sunshine - topped off with a great host who was always available as needed. Thanks,

Very comfortable accommodation for family and friends, in a super quiet green area, very convenient location. We did rent catamaran for day trips and it worked perfect from a bay right nearby during all our stay. Nice grocery shop and Jul's restaurant are in walking or quick drive distance. Highly recommend

Our party of 6 enjoyed our stay, it was very comfortable and roomy. The pool is amazing and was in use day and night. The Villa is very close to the airport and a short drive to Ibiza Town, Las Salinas etc. Ibiza is pretty small so it wasn’t a long drive to the North of the Island. The weather was a little too hot for our liking (32c and blazing sunshine everyday), so the air conditioning provided some welcome relief. We found the Island very expensive, 190 Euros for a family of 6 to visit a waterpark etc. This and the stifling heat did detract from our enjoyment of the holiday. We also had a few problems with our chosen hire car company Class Rent A Car - who we would not recommend! The owner was excellent, polite, friendly and helpful. He was particularly helpful on arriving at airport when we were stranded without our booked car rental. Overall the Villa, the owner all excellent and we would recommend! Ibiza in terms of cost, infrastructure etc. is less favorable compared to other destinations, so we may not return to the Island in a hurry. But if you are sold on Ibiza and it’s affordable to you, this is an excellent, quiet, private, property choice away from the busier North side of the Island.

Wie waren 1 Wochen und die Zeit genossen. Schönes große Finca mit einer schönen Aussicht auf das Meer. Blick auf Flughafen ist Ansichtssache, uns hat es nicht gestört. Netter Vermieter. War alles unkompliziert, bis auf die häufige Kontrolle des Pools. Schöne Lage mit kurzem Weg nach Ibiza Stadt und die verschiedenen Discotheken. Finca ist weiterzuempfehlen.

We loved our stay at Isidoro’s villa! It’s got everything you need if you need really comfy beds, spaced out rooms, lots of beautiful table eating areas outside and inside, a beautiful pool and amazing location to get to most beaches on that side. It was perfect for what we needed! Isidoro was such an amazing host too — he kindly picked us up from the airport and even let us pick up groceries on his day off — thank you so much again! We appreciated it so much!

Sehr schönes Haus und ein großer Pool zum Schwimmen. Für uns war der direkte Blick auf die Start-und Landebahn des Flughafens und der Fluglärm etwas störend. Uns wurde vor der Buchung vom Vermieter kaum wahrnehmbare Flugzeuggeräusche bestätigt. Es sollte in der Beschreibung der Lage auf Fluglärm hingewiesen werden. Dies wollte der Vermieter jetzt auch mit in die Beschreibung aufnehmen. Es hat ansonsten alles super mit dem Vermieter geklappt und er war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die zentrale Lage nach Ibiza Stadt und den Stränden hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Personen und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Die Villa ist sehr einfach mit dem Auto zu erreichen (12min von Ibiza Stadt und 7min von Ibiza Flughafen). Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Meeresblick und befindet sich in eine ruhige Gegend. Isidor ist sehr hilfreich und kommunikativ. Ich kann die Villa nur weiter empfehlen.

A wonderful villa with a great outside area and pool that we really enjoyed as family. The villa is quite close to Ibiza Town, the Airport, Sa Caleta beach and is a great base to explore the Island (or laze by the pool). The villa is some way off the main road slightly up hill giving great views and a peaceful relaxed environment. Isidor is a great host, very helpful and responsive. We had a fantastic stay and would love to return in the future.

Le séjour s'est très bien passé. Les informations données par le propriétaire étaient complètes et l'accueil qu'il nous a réservé était très agréable. La maison est magnifique, avec beaucoup d'espace et la vue est incroyable. Le chemin pour y arriver est un peu cabossé, mais il en vaut la peine ! Merci pour tout, nous reviendrons !

We stayed for nearly two weeks as a group of four in this wonderful house. We had the perfect time there. The house is clean and spacious. Everything works very well, the kitchen is well equipped. The pool was very clean and perfect for swimming. The house is located in a beautiful and quiet area. The view over Ses Salinas is perfect. The closeness to the airport did not bother us at all. Isidor is the perfect host. The contact was very friendly. He took care of us very well. Muchas gracias.

A great luxury villa with an amazing view and pool area. Isidor was very helpful all week, and suggested some great beaches and local restaurants. We hired cars which is recommended as you can tour the area -which is stunning. The villa is in a really good location - up in the hills just outside Playa den Bossa and near Sa Caleta. Would recommend for families who want to be within a 10-20 mins drive of the main towns but want a quiet, well equipped villa to relax in. Could have stayed longer! Great choice for those looking to use as a base to explore the island.

El casero se cuela en casa sin permiso. Ubicacion buena y casa bonita. No deja hacer ningun ruido. Nos amenazo con echarnos y los vecinos de al lado nos confirmaron que no habian escuchado ningun ruido.
