Close to the villa you will find a few restaurants, whilst the resort centre with bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a gorgeous sandy beach can be found within 20 minutes’ walk.
This elegant villa has a a fantastic 9-meter pool adjacent to a lovely lawned area where you can spend your days soaking up the sun. The terrace runs the full length of the villa with a shaded area to allow al fresco dining away from the hot summer sun and a sunny spot with two comfy chairs to laze the day away. Inside the villa there are 3 bedrooms, one of which has en suite facilities, a family bathroom, open plan kitchen-diner and an comfortable lounge area with doors leading directly onto the terrace.
For a change of scenery, hop on the mini train that runs between Punta Prima and the popular nearby resort of Binibeca. Not forgetting the capital Mahon, which is a 20 minute drive and well worth the visit.
