Villa Nanà is a wonderful property for six, in an enviable location on the road between Sorrento and Positano. With glorious views across the Bay of Naples to Vesuvius from the hillside pool, Villa Nanà has all the ingredients for the perfect break.


The villa is on two levels. The ground floor is open plan, with windows on both sides, giving the property a light and airy feel. On one side is a large patio, suitable for a barbeque, or drying clothes. On the other side, is a substantial terrace, garden and pool, with simply breathtaking panoramic views across the hillside to the sea.

The ground floor

On the ground floor you will find a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning, plus central heating for the cooler months of the year. There is an internet Wifi connection.


The villa is full of character and personality, with décor that has been thoughtfully chosen with great attention to detail. The ceilings are arched and painted white throughout, and a calm blue and white scheme echoes the colours of the sea and sky outside.

The open plan living room has two sets of double doors leading out to the terraced gardens and pool. There is a dining area, plus a sofa and two armchairs arranged around a glass coffee table.


An archway leads you into the kitchen, where there is a further set of French doors taking you to the patio. The traditionally styled kitchen has white painted wooden cupboards, plus everything you will need for a relaxing stay: hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker, plus a washing machine if needed. Beautiful ceramics adorn the kitchen, above tiling that is typical of the region.

The bedrooms and bathrooms

Taking the staircase to the upper floor, you can stop to admire the stunning trompe l'oeil, picturing the glory of the Sorrentine coast.

Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms, with two further bathrooms. One bathroom is en suite. All bathrooms have amazing hydro-massage showers.


The bedrooms are comfortably decorated, with plenty of space for belongings, and doors leading out onto balconies – perfect for admiring the view as the early morning sun rises.

The gardens and pool
The outside space is designed to maximise your enjoyment. On the patio is an attractive dining table and chairs, plus a comfortable sofa and armchairs in which to relax. Alternatively, you may wish to relax on a sun lounge on the lawn. A short flight of steps takes you to the private pool. Surrounded by a wooden decked sun terrace, with sun lounges and an outside shower, the large pool is a lovely place to swim on a warm day. As you unwind, you almost have the illusion of the water around you flowing into that of the Bay.


The villa can be accessed via a staircase leading from the car park to the pool, or alternatively, straight into the living room. Villa Nanà has three allocated covered parking spaces.


Nearby attractions

The location of Villa Nanà is ideal if you wish to explore the region. It is a short hop to Sorrento in one direction, and to the delights of Positano and the Amalfi Coast in the other. Why not take a boat trip to Capri, or visit Pompeii or Herculaneum? Either way, you will find Villa Nanà offers a warm welcome each time you return.

Important information to know before booking


SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security/ damage deposit of €500 is required to cover accidental damage to the property during your stay. The security deposit is a refundable deposit processed with a credit card pre-authorisation which will be refunded/unblocked following your stay. This deposit relates to both the damage to property and/or furnishings and the state and condition in which the actual property is left at check-out.

PRESENTATION OF IDENTIY DOCUMENTS PURSUANT TO ITALIAN LAW

we are required to register all guests’ staying in any type of temporary accommodation, including holiday home rentals. We kindly ask that all guests send in advance, or have an ID document available to present to your host at check-in.


ITALIAN LOCAL TOURIST TAX
Please note that the Local Tourist Tax is NOT included in the accommodation price and must be paid directly to your host at check-in. The amount of this tourist tax is calculated according to the number of nights of your reservation and must be paid by all guests aged 18 years and over. The amount varies in each council/local government area, and must be paid directly to your host on arrival.


PROBLEM RESOLUTION

We regularly visit and check each property to ensure the highest possible standard of accommodation.  If you have any issues during your stay, please do let us know. Any complaints lodged at the end or after your stay will not be taken into consideration. If you leave the property without informing us, you will lose all rights to claim any possible refund, or rebate. Please note that unforeseen encounters such as electricity, water and gas cuts due to problems with the national service provider do not warrant a refund or rebate. Should this occur during your stay at one of our properties, we will do our best to solve the problem at your earliest convenience.


CHECK-IN /CHECK-OUT

Check-in is from 14:00 – 22:00 and check-out is at 10:00
For arrivals after 22:00, a late check-in surcharge of €30 applies which must be paid in cash to the host on arrival.
