“We had the most magical stay at this beautiful property ! Mario our host was awesome. We didn’t have any issues ! The home has a big kitchen and large indoor and outdoor dining with spectacular views! While you are in a private and remote setting you are close to adorable small villages with all the convenience as well as wonderful local restaurants. The pool and the air conditioning was most welcome after a warm day out and about. While it was just the two of us there are plenty of bedrooms...

“Rosa our hostess made the two week stay with my wife and our daughter’s family a true delight. The pool was a big splash with the 4 and 6 year old grandsons. The oldest perfected his swimming skills while there. Rosa’s morning goodie surprises were wonderful. Her direction and suggestions on where to eat or what village to see was spot on. ”

“Disappointing experience for us. House is moist, really strange lay-out. Low sealings in many rooms. Old furniture which is not comfortable. Bathroom dated, and not well maintained. Offensive art on the wall. Etc etc. on the plus, supporting staff really friendly. And location and view really nice.”

“Abbiamo affittato la casa per festeggiare il primo compleanno di nostro figlio con un po' di amici e parenti. Il posto è bellissimo e Valeria è stata molto gentile, ha organizzato la festa (con buffet e bibite varie) per 50 persone e sono rimasti tutti molto soddisfatti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo sia per quanto riguarda la casa che per quanto riguarda il catering (e tutto il resto). Consigliamo vivamente anche per un week end tra amici!”

“Excellent accommodations. Very clean and comfortable. Very tranquil and serene while still having easy access to Orvieto, grocery, restaurants, shops, etc. Easy day trips to many locations. We had Chef Thomas meet us on our arrival with Prosecco and appetizers followed by an excellent dinner. Highly recommend. The pool was an added bonus and very refreshing after a day of sightseeing.”

“We had a glorious week here with our 3 teenage children. The villa is very comfortable and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Fabrizio was very helpful whenever we needed anything. It is close to the lake and the pool is lovely, so you can find lots to do or just relax at the villa. The only things I would highlight are that the WiFi is quite unstable and not great (but this didn’t bother us at all) and the downstairs bedroom (master bedroom) does not have air con. “Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti in questa magnifica residenza insieme a 10 amici. Il proprietario è stato da subito molto disponibile e veloce nelle comunicazioni. La posizione è pazzesca in cima alla valle dei calanchi con Civita di Bagnoregio proprio difronte. La strada per arrivare è un po’ scomoda ma vale la pena per la tranquillità che ti assicura, lontano da strade, case o negozi. Sicuramente ci torneremo, magari in estate per provare la splendida piscina ”
