Villa Dell'Arco - Seaview, Private Pool & AirCo

Villa dell"Arco is located in Le Marche very close to the city of Sant'Elpidio a Mare and features a breathtaking view of both sea and rollying hills.
The villa has been completely renovated in 2022 according to the criteria of eco-sustainability and 0 environmental footprint and transformed into an elegant holiday home with private swimming pool.
Here guests can enjoy a holiday surrounded by nature and tranquility but a few minutes from the sea with amenities that make a group holiday great.

The villa is surrounded by a large garden equipped with a gazebo for al fresco dining, BBQ and fully equipped pool area with a wonderful view over the hills till the sea nearby. Watching the sunrise is a magical experience.

Outdoor there are many common areas with table and chairs, relaxation areas with sun loungers to enjoy the cool sea breeze while sipping a good glass of wine in company of friends and family surrounded by greenery of our olives groove.

Inside the villa is characterized by large spaces and common living areas.
The large entrance that divides the house between living and sleeping area leads to a large living room with sofas, tables, chairs, dining table, fireplace and large sliding glass doors that provide a beautiful brightness and a breathtaking view of the pool area, the hills and the sea.

The living room has a nice mezzanine floor where there is a sofa bed, a game table and a reading corner that can also be used by remote workers to have a private space where getting their jobs done.

A fully equipped open space kitchen equipped with all most common utensils and without the use of a gas stove for extra safety. The entire house is 100% powered by electricity.

The sleeping area revolves around a wide hallway that crosses for its full length and it's made of 5 spacious and bright bedrooms with the following layout:
1 double bedroom (160x200) + single sofabed
1 double bedroom (160x200) + single sofabed
1 double bedroom (160x200)
1 double bedroom (160x200)
1 quadruple bedroom with double bed (160x200) and a bunk bed (80x190)

Every space of the villa has an independent air conditioning system that makes the house very enjoyable with any sort of weather.

We don't live in the house and the whole property will be rented only to a unique group of guests (not shared with anybody else). We will come over from time to time to run regular maintenance duties (watering the garden and the flowers, cleaning the pool, etc) but we will only enter the office space which is detached from the house and with an independent entrance.
One staff member who lives at 20min by car will be available for your needs during the stay.
