It was located directly across from St. Mark's Square which was very convenient. “Pretty much the perfect stay in Venice. Relatively quiet and mercifully AWAY from the massive tourist crowds (early April). But only 5 minutes (walking) from Academia bridge, 10 minutes from Rialto, 10 minutes from San Marco. Good coffee and dining options close by. Clean and spacious, we would happily stay here again.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The communication and assistance on arrival was top notch. We are a family of four, with two teenagers. We had ample room and clean conditions. The air conditioning worked well, as did the wifi which were critical for teenagers. The location is very quiet with a great pizzeria and pastry shop just a few feet from the door.
