“Amazing to wake up to el centro histórico.”

“The pool was dirty, the hotel didn’t resemble what I saw online. Everything was old. I would not be staying at this location again. Very disappointed. I paid for a bigger room with more beds and was charge more when I got the property. Not a good a experience. The last night I was there there was a group of people doing karaoke, it was super loud and it when on till 11pm, took a while to get some rest.”

“I am traveling w my daughters and came across this amazing boutique hotel .. it’s located within a few blocks of the downtown square with shopping and quaint restaurants.. we loved it so much.. the atmosphere and people were amazing.. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.. we had breakfast each morning on the outside patio and it was excellent.. so grateful for our stay .. highly recommended this place!!”

“This is such a beautiful place to stay. The view is breathtaking. However, the rooms where my family and I stayed were not as clean. There were dead bugs along the window ledge. The night stands had dust. The bedsheets in one of the rooms had hair in them, and I also found a dead bug in the bed by the pillow. The worst part of it all was the shower. They gave me a room with a broken showerhead, and when I found out, the staff had not arrived yet and I needed to get ready for my next destination....
