The positives are the bed is decent and the water gets hot fast. Otherwise it felt grimey and unwelcoming due to uncomfortable furniture, ect.

Could Use Updating
Pros: Communication and information for access and other details was top notch. Apartment was as advertised. Cons: Balcony hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Furniture is from the 60s. Sofa couch needs to be cleaned but should be replaced. It is so uncomfortable it’s almost unusable. Car wash across street is so loud windows need to be closed during operating hours.

Centrally located
My husband and I stayed here and enjoyed our visit. We picked the area as it was centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go during our trip. The place was everything we needed for the 2 of us. Any issues we had we reached out to James and it was all immediately addressed. Would stay here again.

Amazing!
My mom and I stayed over the weekend and it was perfect! Great commute to Disneyland and other theme parks. There are also so many great restaurants/food options around the apartment. The check-in process was a breeze and James responds very quickly. The area is nice and quiet. If you’re planning on using the pull out futon I would recommend bringing extra blankets. Overall 10/10 and hope to book again soon!

Post Pandemic Dating and Thriving
Backstory - for over four months I (Oregon) had been virtually dating (SoCal) and we wanted to meet. So I found Arrive and Trhive's apartment near Anaheim, where my partner works and rented it for 2 weeks to see how we meshed. Not only was the check-in process relatively painless and easy (finding parking on the street can be ruff, but when you get the garage access life is a breeze), but any questions or comments were replied to quickly. James really wants to take care of his guests, and it shows. As I had to remind my partner, the building does have families living in it, so expect normal apartment noise and life. It is one of the quietest apartments I have stayed in. The laundry room I don't recommend, as you don't know who used it before (or how much bleach will be in with your colors), and that again is typical for apartment living. It was great to use for getting to Disneyland, or even as a base to get to Joshua Tree, Laguna Beach, or almost anywhere else you would want. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen for cooking and baking, the bathroom had everything we needed to get going in the morning. The two weeks with my partner honestly could not have been better, and I greatly appreciate James and Arrive and Thrives attention to detail so we could Thrive. Thank you again, and for any short-term travelers, this place is perfect. Long-term (2 plus weeks) guests just have your wifi back up (as per usual with traveling and working) and you are set.
