Upon being assigned to room 240 I discovered that the TV had no signal. When I called the front desk, I was offered a different room, 219. Again NO TV SIGNAL. Then they offered a third room 258 and guess what? Once again NO TV SIGNAL. At that point, I asked for a refund, which could not be authorized due to no management on duty. I DID NOT STAY. I ended up staying at Best Western across the street. I could not be more dissatisfied with La Quinta. Horrible experience. All I want is my money refunded. Please. Sincerely, Mark Cardinal
