The Space:

The main house welcomes you with a living room featuring a Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+, a gas fireplace, and a stereo. The farmhouse dining table seats 6 beside a second fireplace and mounted TV. The kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee maker, oven, blender, and everything you need to cook comfortably. A sunroom with sliding doors opens to let in the summer breeze. The first bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom with a soaking tub, dual sinks, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. A dedicated office with a laptop work desk is available for remote work. The guest house has its own layout with the living room upstairs, furnished with a sofa and Smart TV. A dining table for 4 and a kitchenette give you flexibility. The first bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom is downstairs with 2 twin beds, great for kids. The backyard connects both houses with a hot tub featuring a waterfall, a firepit, an outdoor fireplace, and multiple seating areas to enjoy warm evenings. Washer and dryer are in-unit. Streaming services and WiFi throughout. Parking for 2 vehicles.



Guest Access:

Self check-in details will be provided before arrival. Parking for 2 cars maximum in the driveway. This property is near Highway 101 and the Amtrak rails, so passing trains may occasionally be heard.



The Neighborhood:

You're a 5-minute walk to Butterfly Beach, where you can watch the sunset over the Pacific. Coast Village Road is also walking distance, lined with boutiques, cafes, and local shops. Drive 10 minutes to downtown Santa Barbara for State Street dining and the Santa Barbara Zoo. Golfers can reach Sandpiper Golf Club in under 10 minutes. The area is quiet and residential, with easy access to coastal trails and Montecito's famous tree-lined streets.



Getting Around:

The property is just off Highway 101, making it easy to explore the Central Coast. Downtown Santa Barbara is a 10-minute drive. Santa Barbara Airport is 15 minutes away. Head north 30 minutes to reach the wine country of Santa Ynez Valley, or south 90 minutes to Los Angeles. Amtrak's Pacific Surfliner stops nearby for car-free travel up and down the coast.
