The Space:

There are 2 houses with 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms in each separated by a beautiful backyard. You'll be within walking distance to Butterfly beach, Coast Village rd, and just a short drive away from Downtown Santa Barbara, Santa Barbara zoo, and even golf!



There is a main house and an attached guest residence each with 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms separated by a beautiful outdoor spaces. You'll be within walking distance to Butterfly Beach, Coast Village Rd, and just a short drive away from Downtown Santa Barbara, Santa Barbara zoo, and even golf!



The main house welcomes you with California inspired decor and furnishings. The living room has a Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.), stereo, and a gas fireplace. Steps away, you'll find a farmhouse-style dining table for 6 right by another fireplace and mounted TV. The kitchen is well equipped with a drip coffee maker, oven, blender, and more to make you feel right at home. From here, you can access the sun room, where you can leave the sliding doors open to soak in the summer breeze!



The gorgeous backyard is perfect in the summer for late-night conversations by the firepit or fireplace, having a glass of wine. Don't forget to take a soak in the unique hot tub, complete with a waterfall feature! You'll find so many places to sit and enjoy the warm California breeze in this spacious backyard.



The main house has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a King bed and an en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom has a soaking tub, dual sinks, and a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed. There is an office/den with a laptop work desk for those who might need to work from home! The back house similarly has 2 bedrooms with a different layout.



The living room is located on the 2nd floor of the back house. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV. There is a dining table for 4 and a kitchenette available as well. The 1st bedroom in the back house holds a King bed and the 2nd bedroom is on the bottom floor. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Twin beds, great for the kids!



There is parking for 2.



This property is near Highway 101 and the Amtrak rails, and passing trains may occasionally be heard.



Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
