"Clean rooms. Had to ask twice to get someone to check the ac. Finally gave us a room with working AC. Staff was very friendly especially at buffet. Very attentive great service. Pools were very nice, a little warm but nice and clean. Very nice sunrise and sunsets. Parking was easy, short walk. Easy ..."

"AMAZING view of the volcano if you stay at the room with volcano view. Quiet and friendly welcoming staff. The restaurant was delicious with pretty great view of the volcano. The room clean and cozy. No AC needed. The only issue would be the 8pm curfew due to the hotel being in the national park ..."

"Cool hotel with nice views; however, it’s a bit expensive for what you get. No digital keys, and the front desk closes after 10 p.m. You can hear people in other rooms. The mattress wasn’t comfortable at all. No mini-fridge."
