Case in affitto a Santa Catarina Palopo

“The property is excellent. The host Laura and the manager Levin went above and beyond to help us. We really appreciate their flexibility and help in our late arrival and check out as well. The only thing I would say is that the hike up to the house from the church is a challenge. They have clearly stated that but what I was not ready for was the unclean and unhygienic conditions of the path to the house - there is sewage and trash everywhere - if you can ignore that it was all great.”

“Very cozy place! It was very cute and we loved the back porch. Very communicative hosts. Clean. Great location. 5 min walk to dock, grocery store, and restaurants. However because it’s so central in town, it can be noisy at night. Loud cars/bikes and sirens. The biggest short fallings of this place are that it takes at LEAST 10 min for the shower to warm up and that there is no central air conditioning. The hosts have a fan set up in the bedroom upstairs, but that’s it. This made sleeping...

“It was a good place to stay ”

“Be aware of this listing and property! it is not accurate at all. We booked a room and got a totally one, not to mention it wasn’t even the same location ! Listing pictures look like AI versus reality! Secondly there is spiders inside crawling which we had to kill ( big spiders ). Also waken up by construction on the property that started at 7am . Unacceptable! Beware.”

“Es una muy buena experiencia a pesar de que al llegar no tuvimos luz ni agua caliente, por una falla ajena al host, respondieron todas nuestras dudas y peticiones es un lugar muy disfrutable tiene una vista increíble y que recomiendo y recomendaré mucho!”

“We arrived to the property and they have give a reservation to two other individuals so when we got there, they said that we are very Subvision was canceled. This was terrible.”

“The area: The title of the listing said "San Pedro, La Laguna." After we were already in Guatemala, and were trying to figure out where we were headed next, we noticed that the address said Santa Cruz. However, after some trouble, we realized that the house was in Tzunana. Right off the bat, this felt mis-leading. The owner said that the description said Tzunana, but not knowing the area, we relied heavily on the title of the property that very specifically stated it was in San Pedro! The...

“The house was beautiful and so clean. The host was very quick to respond and extremely accommodating to our needs. I wish we had more days to stay here!”

“This property is centrally located and has acres to Pana and the lake. The only drawback is proximity to a Texaco station which plays music very loud, pretty much all day. Since we were exploring we didn’t mind that. But if you are a homebody it might be hard. ”

“Perfect place to host a large family out friends with access to lake Atitlan. There were a lot fun things to do around the property to keep the kids busy. Beautiful place”
