Villa Romeo è un antico casale ristrutturato immerso nelle verdi campagne di Santa Caterina dello Ionio (CZ), circondato da colline di uliveti, in un meraviglioso giardino con palme e un frantoio in granito dei primi anni del 1900, che si affaccia su un’incantevole finestra rivolta sul mar Ionio a soli 3 km dalle spiagge e dal centro abitato, dove sono presenti numerosi servizi, negozi, banca, posta, bar, ristoranti.
Mini appartamento indipendente composto da: cucina, soggiorno con divano letto 2 posti, camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e bagno con doccia.
Servizi a disposizione degli ospiti: aria condizionata, veranda all'aperto con tavolo, lavatrice, stendibiancheria, TV.
Servizi in comune con gli altri ospiti della struttura: giardino, piscina, barbecue, campo da bocce, parcheggio.

Villa Romeo is an old renovated farmhouse in the green countryside of Santa Caterina dello Ionio (CZ), surrounded by hills of olive groves, in a wonderful garden with palm trees and a granite crusher of the early 1900s, overlooking a charming window over the Ionian Sea. Just 3 km from the beaches and the downtown where there are several services, shops, bank, post office, bars, restaurants, etc. The whole structure is divided into three autonomous and independent accommodations (Pastore, Ovile, Mangiatoia) for a total of 12 beds.
This announcement refers to the "Pastore" accommodation with 4 beds. It is also possible booking the other two accommodations (Ovile, Mangiatoia), for a total of 12 beds, through a specific request to the owner.

• Pastore: This accommodation comprises: kitchen, living room with sofa-bed (2 places), bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. Exclusive services available to guests: air conditioning, outdoor veranda with table, washing machine, drying rack, TV. Shared services with the other guests of the structure: garden, swimming pool, barbecue, bowling alley, parking area.
The reservation request for each Villa Romeo’s accommodation (Pastore, Ovile, Mangiatoia) is subject to owner’s confirmation within 24 hours from the booking.
