Immerse yourself in the expansive comfort of our family home, surrounded by Southern Utah's natural beauty. The fun continues outside with a spacious backyard including an oversized private pool & in-ground hot tub. This Southern Utah sanctuary promises unforgettable experiences amidst nature's expansive landscapes.

This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom haven offers over 4,000 sq ft of open floor plan living with plenty of room to entertain.

About Each Space
As you enter, you are welcomed into the front room/library featuring a grand piano and comfy reclining leather sofa, idyllic for curling up with a good book.
Directly ahead is the massive family room/living room with an oversized sectional, a 60" flat screen & a gas fireplace.
Doors open up to outside revealing a covered patio with outdoor seating (table, couches & loveseat), a grill and an oversized pool with diving board & hot tub/sauna. We do not keep our pool heated, but we do have the capability should you wish to do so and the hot tub heats in under an hour with the press of a button! We provide pool umbrellas and loungers for your comfort. With a lawn to the right & large mature shade trees on this spacious lot, there is ample room to relax outdoors to enjoy shade or sun.
The fully loaded kitchen features granite countertops, bar seating for six as well as a separate dining room table that seats six. We provide you with an equipped kitchen (tea & coffee, snacks, pantry items, baking ware, cookware) so you can make the most of your stay.
Continue on and to your right is the laundry room with a washer & dryer (with a steam setting for easy steaming) and all the laundry essentials.
Bedroom 1, the master, features a flat screen TV with surround sound & a private ensuite with a walk-in shower, jetted soaking tub & walk-in closet. Located at the opposite end of the house for optimal privacy.
Bedroom 2 has a Full bath directly adjacent.
Moving downstairs, you have another living room equipped with green velvet furniture, a drum-kit & a wood burning stove.
The second kitchen provides a second fridge, sink, oven, cooktop should you need the room.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 are located down the hall as well as the third full bath. There is a bonus room with a spare bed & changing table. The dedicated workspace / bedroom 5 has a desk, office chair & reading chair as well as a twin bed, just off the kitchen at the other end of the house.
Use the private walkout to head out to the pool or lounge on the patio.
There is also a bonus room downstairs with a day bed and space for exercise/meditation.

This home is terrific for entertaining family, groups & get-togethers due to the open floor plan and pool. We provide ample towels & linens for your use including pool towels, games, cards & books.

We expect you to treat our home with respect and quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am.

We have done our best to spoil you during your stay and hope you have a wonderful time, you deserve it!

Pet Policy
We do not typically allow pets, however, if you have a well behaved dog, please enquire at the time of booking and we may be able to accommodate you for an additional charge.

The host was helpful answered all of our questions and heated the pool ahead of our arrival, very kind . We loved the pool, the beds bath and bathrooms where well stocked and felt like home. Wouldn't hesitate to come back again!
