Day one we could not get in our rental due to a cleaner still cleaning up until almost 6pm. We were not notified until 10 minutes prior to our check in. Upon arrival we noticed there had been no air conditioning running and the upstairs was extremely hot. The customer service was extremely terrible and took me calling every hour to check and see if anyone would be coming. Finally at 9pm a maintenance man showed up, but he was unable to fix the air issue. This weekend was almost 100 degrees!!I was told that I was potentially going to move to another house, but never heard back from that customer service person.Day 2 I finally had to call again because communication had been next to nothing. I received a text back through the app after I asked again about the air. I was told it would be fixed between 8-12pm.I finally called and spoke to someone when it got close to 12 to see about it being fixed still. By close to 2pm we finally had air again.Overall the house is fine, the pictures are a little older in the advertisement and for having to wait for cleaners to clean I think they need to hire someone else as there was still food on tables and things had not been wiped down.I stay in the area often for youth sports, but will not be booking again if the management had Utahs best running the rental. They definitely are not the best and customer service needs some work.
