Situato nella splendida cittadina di Santa Clara, nello Utah meridionale, Ocotillo Springs è uno splendido complesso di case vacanza. La comunità di Ocotillo Springs si concentra su una lussuosa club house e una rinfrescante piscina tropicale con uno scivolo d'acqua di roccia rossa e un splash pad. Al piano superiore ha quattro camere da letto aggiuntive. . . tre con letti king size (e bagno privato) e un altro con due letti singoli su letti a castello. Sono disponibili anche due materassi ad aria gonfiabili queen e due materassi ad aria gonfiabili gemelli per ulteriori posti letto.

Vieni a soggiornare in questa unità Ocotillo brillante e divertente !! Questa unità si apre su una bellissima zona giorno con un grande tavolo da cucina per riunire tutti gli ospiti della tua festa per un pasto divertente! Ci sono cari pop di blu in questa unità! Vedi se riesci a trovarli tutti! Il soggiorno ha una TV a schermo piatto con finestre che lasciano entrare una grande luce naturale! Non dimenticare il barbecue nel patio sul retro per iniziare la tua vacanza! Ti piacerà passare il tempo nel patio con tutti i posti a sedere purché tu non possa nemmeno andartene! La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e un ingresso privato sul patio posteriore! Ha anche una TV a schermo piatto e un bagno privato con doppio lavandino! Goditi la vasca di grandi dimensioni o la bella doccia in questo splendido bagno!

Al piano superiore, troverete quattro camere da letto aggiuntive, tre con letti king size e una con due letti singoli a castello e un soppalco. Oltre a queste camere da letto ci sono due materassi ad aria con due letti singoli e due letti gemelli per accogliere tutti i membri del tuo gruppo. Non avrai carenza di spazio per tutte le persone che vuoi portare con te per goderti la bellezza dello Utah meridionale! Questa bellissima unità torna sul ponte della piscina, splash pad e campi da pickleball (fuori dalla porta principale) che questa splendida comunità ha da offrire!

Pros: - Once your trip officially starts, the company managing the property was responsive to concerns via text. Prior, expect delays via the messaging system on VRBO. For example, we sent messages multiple days and multiple times in advance about early check in, but didn't get a response until the day of arrival that it wasn't available. - The space itself is nice for groups with 3 families. - The space is stocked very well in terms of the kitchen to accommodate cooking. PROBLEMS: - We arrived at check in time to cleaners still in the location and we didn't actually get to enter the location until they left the residence 30-45 minutes after that. - The place itself was still clearly dirty, and disgusting in plenty of instances. Showers still had hair in the drain. Toilets still had poop stains. The floors around the kitchen and furniture were covered in crumbs / dirt. The water filter in the fridge was covered in dirt and slime. Some floors clearly not vacuumed. We had to spend a large majority of that first evening cleaning to feel good about that space. - They supply a pack n play / booster chair. Covered in stains and crumbs. Wouldn't advise using those. - Rusty grill, no grill brush initially (would be cheap to fix up and clean) - The towels hung up and put away were are still wet. - We ended up having to buy dish detergent and trash bags since we got tired of asking for more of basic things. Etc. Could go on. Out of characters to use

The location is great right by pickle ball courts and the pool! The condo is clean and spacious! The bikes were an added, fun bonus! Our only disappointment was that the hot tub was not working at the complex. We would have used it daily so we were sad, but otherwise it was a great time! We will be back!

We stayed here for a family wedding and mini vacation/reunion. Other members of our extended family stayed in a unit nearby.The property was large and lovely. Our unit backed up to the community pool which was designed with families in mind. It had wading areas, a rock slide, jacuzzi. Great fun. The unit itself was thoughtfully appointed. Everything we needed was there for our use. The instructions were clear and the check out process easy. I highly recommend this property and look forward to another opportunity to stay there again.

First and foremost: the beds were so comfortable! We had a family reunion in St. George this weekend and our rental was comfortable and spacious enough to accommodate everyone. We loved that all the rooms had their own bathrooms (6 total!) and everything was nicely decorated, clean, and well cared for. Again, the beds were so comfortable. The AC and ceiling fans were awesome at keeping the place cool in the heat and since we did a lot of cooking, we were very happy that the kitchen was well stocked with lots of serving bowls, a crock pot, instant pot, coffee maker, griddle, cutting boards, etc. We had an issue with the pool/splash pad but we called the property management group and they came and fixed it. Would definitely stay here again! Did I mention how comfortable the beds were?

Great location in quiet Santa Clara. Harmons and other grocery stores close by. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice having the pool and splash pad literally right out of our back door.

Everything was great! From the space, parking, down to the towels for swimming. The kitchen was well stocked and was nice and clean. The pool and splash pad were close to keep an eye on the kids. The older kids and some of the adults loved the bikes and playing pickle ball. It was awesome! Thank you!

We booked this vacation rental for a very last minute family get away. This home perfectly fit our family of 14. The rental is equipped with everything that we could have needed (and more!) The home is beautifully designed and well kept. We've joked about getting this same rental over and over again because of how perfect it felt. The only complaint we had was that the key fob to get in to the pool and club house didn't work for us. Luckily there were people in the pool that were able to let us in.

This condo is amazing. It had more that enough room for a large family gathering. There was everything essential provided. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of pool toys, towels and a garage filled with bikes and paddle boards. We will be staying here again.

We had a great time. The property was exactly what it was advertised as. Lots of extras like pool toys, floatys for the kids, extremely well stocked kitchen. Made it so easy. Only think I would suggest is some benches at the pickleball courts and garbage can.

K, I am not one for exaggeration. But to get all of my married children together and to have all of them, including my Dad, under one roof where we can all have our own room and bathroom is a first in my VRBO experience. The "kids" all loved the layout of the home, having the pool, splash pad and hot tub literally right in our "back yard" was so ideal. The next time we go to St. George, this is the place.
