Hotel a Santa Clara

Tutti gentilissimi e hotel decoroso”

“Molto vicina all'aeroporto e al centro Ottima colazione Stanza molto grande e confortevole.”

“Colazione fantastica, cibo fresco e "casalingo". Letti comodi, camera spaziosa”

“The stay itself was perfect! Such a beautiful and clean building and great outdoor area. Breakfast was delicious and had lots to choose from. Secure parking onsite for a fee. Super convenient and safe. Definitely will be back!”

“All ok and very clean ,unfortunately in a street unknown to many taxi drivers.”

“Absolutely stellar, The Rock delivered at every level to two weary travelers. Beautifully furnished, every detail thought through, gorgeous breakfast, we can enthusiastically recommend The Rock Hostel.”

“Room was comfortable but that’s the only positive. Arrived for self check-in within the stipulated time, and the room was not cleaned since the last guests. Customer service is difficult to reach and might be a bot (?). Said to leave immediately because the room was double booked. When I said no, they said that actually they’re just confused with another reservation and they will send a cleaner. Had to wait awhile. Overall very stressful and terrible lack of service - I can’t properly explain...

“The property was spotlessly clean, and the staff were always helpful and very kind. The breakfast was excellent. The location is perfect for exploring São Miguel.”
