“Dirty. No breakfast as claimed to have. Terrible manager and assistant, using two big thugs to scare guests! I booked for 24 room-nights and was treated terribly! This hotel used to be a family friendly place. But current staff should not be working there!”

Props to the young lady working the night desk, because an old man started swinging and NOBODY CAME TO HELP HER👀 Anyhow...BRING YOUR OWN PILLOW. Cheap, clean, convenient, but disclaimer: NO SHAMPOO OR CONDITIONER. One sad soap bar that somehow doesn't dissolve in water 👀”

“Hair dryer does not work, both key cards don’t work. Try to call staff at 11 pm (after hour) and it take 30 minutes.”

“I was disappointed by the reception team during my recent stay. Despite arriving with heavy luggage, not a single staff member offered to help or even acknowledged the struggle. A hotel’s front desk sets the tone for the entire experience, and unfortunately this one felt indifferent to guests’ basic needs. I hope management addresses this, as a little attentiveness goes a long way in hospitality.”

“This is a basic, no frills motel in a very convenient location. Room was very clean and Ed at the front desk could not have been more friendly and helpful.”

“I was pleasantly surprised by what I found at this lodge. I arrived for business meetings in the middle of the World Cup and my normal hotel prices were through the roof. I selected Convention Center Inn and really liked the place easy to get to, easy to park, clean rooms and extremely pleasant and attentive staff. Sometimes ya get a surprise…..this was a big and good one.”

“Clean Room, walking distance to the train station. Easy car ride to airport. Restaurant row was about a 10min seemed like a quiet and safe area. Construction next door.”

“The staff was ni e. The property was ok, but rooms require attention to details and upgrades. The tub was clogged and smelled badly. We were only staying one night but were unable to use the shower. I would not recommend this location.”
