The loft is popular for its modern design with an open kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, and two cozy bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two single beds that can be combined into a double bed if needed. Both bedrooms have blackout options.

The bathroom is comfortably furnished, and a balcony invites you to unwind with a glass of wine at the end of the day. For added convenience, a washing machine and dryer are available for private use.

Nearby, you’ll find bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and two parks – all within walking distance. Here, you can experience the lively city life up close while enjoying the peace and comfort of your cozy loft. The tram stop is only 300 meters away.
