Questa è una casa di città familiare confortevole, a due livelli, situata a 1 isolato dalla spiaggia di Rio Del Mar ... abbastanza lontana da sentirsi pacificamente separata dalla folla, ma facilmente raggiungibile dalla spiaggia. Questa famosa spiaggia si trova a sud di Santa Cruz e vanta chilometri di sabbia e una varietà di ristoranti. C'è anche un centro commerciale con un grande negozio di alimentari; articoli vari e ferramenta e altri negozi e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Una passeggiata di 2 minuti vi porta al Seacliff State Park and Beach con barbecue e aree pic-nic, molo di pesca e percorso a piedi.

Questa casa vacanze arredata ha soffitti a volta; pavimenti in piastrelle e moquette; grande piano piano aperto; e il suo mazzo privato. Il ponte appartato è un posto meraviglioso per rilassarsi e ascoltare l'oceano. La cucina ha un bancone da bar con sgabelli da bar e un tavolo da pranzo separato in stile familiare e ripiani piastrellati.

Perfect seaside retreat for our family of 4

The home fit our needs perfectly. We spent our days at the beach, hiking in the State Park, and our evenings at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and visiting friends. The house was well outfitted, including the kitchen. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

The location of this home is right behind the main street and beach. Easy walking to restaurants, the ocean, and walking paths. The home is comfortable, but with a little more TLC I believe this could be an adorable and more comfortable place to stay. (Nicer sheets and pillows, bedding decore, and more comfortable seating in the living area). We had an issue with getting into the residence, however, the owner worked with us to get access and offered to have it fixed. There were a couple minor issues we had to deal with that will hopefully be taken care of for future stays.

Great beachy location in aptos!

Wonderful location that is walkable to a dog friendly beach. Place had everything we needed. One day there was a trail of ants that came in the house in the setting if a rainy day. Otherwise, no problems and thoughtful host with great communication. Would stay again.

Relaxing Beach Vacation

My son and I stay here every time we come to the beach for vacation. The house is clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. The location is perfect. Just steps from Rio del Mar beach, and a quick walk to Sea Cliff State Beach. A quick drive to Santa Cruz too. All the restaurants nearby are wonderful. Pixie Deli has great breakfast and lunch and Venus Pie Trap has the best croissants! I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect getaway

We wanted to see Woodies on the Wharf and just have a nice weekend and this property provided that at 150%! Clean, just as advertised, so close to the beach and so many nice touches that made the day complete. Highly, highly recommend!

Very happy with our stay. House was clean, lots of towels, hot water, well stocked kitchen. Lots of thoughtful comfort stuff. Dogs loved walking on the beach 1 block away. Owner is very responsive and helpful if needed. Nice to sit on the balcony off the master bedroom in the sun and read. 3 restaurants and store right handy.

Beachside Aptos review

Exceptionally clean, tidy, and comfortable condo. It was easy to relax in this well stocked, organized unit, as host has planned well for guests enjoying either a short or an extended stay. Located in a super quiet neighborhood, this unit is a very short (2 min) easy walk to the beach. With windows open at night, guests can hear the gentle sound of ocean waves upon the beach. All communication with host was excellent. Would definitely recommend this unit and hope to plan a return visit.

Perfect Beach Vacation

I have been staying here for my beach vacation every summer with my son. We love the location, just a quick walk to Rio Del Mar Beach. Walk a little further to Sea Cliff State Beach. Great places to eat near by. Pixie Deli and Venus Restaurant and Bakery. A short drive to Santa Cruz Beach Board Walk. The cottage is very comfortable, clean and well stocked with everything you need. I always look forward to this home away from home.

Thoroughly delightful stay

The Beachside Aptos condo is a delightful place to stay. Location is ideal, being only a block from a gorgeous, fine sand beach, Rio Del Mar, which is fine for boogie boarding, long romantic walks, or strolling with your poochie. The condo is well appointed, with visitors’ comfort in mind. We cooked great meals, relaxed on the patio and upstairs deck, and enjoyed local restaurants. We look forward to returning to this lovely, light, airy condo soon.

Perfect for a getaway

This property is furnished excellently with nice beds, fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans plates, etc.. It even has amenities like beach toys and boogie boards. Quiet street, just perfect for a getaway..

Great place

This place is great. It is accurately described, close to the beach, and a great walking/running trail. This is the second time we have stayed! It is clean and fully furnished with comfortable beds. We loved being able to sit out on the upstairs deck and enjoy breakfast.

Really nice house in a great location! We enjoyed our stay very much! Only minor complaints were the shower wasn't working properly and would be nice to have a real smart tv to watch Netflix, etc.
