This is located in the Caniço de Baixo area, known for the large tourist community that spends their holidays here. This is an area with lots of facilities, from restaurants, bakeries and pharmacies to the beautiful beach of Reis Magos and its pleasant promenade.
With a privileged view to the Atlantic Ocean, this flat has not only a furnished balcony, very inviting for an afternoon drink, but also a barbecue and dining area outside.
Inside, the living room and dining area are spacious, modern and bright thanks to the balcony to which it gives access to. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the goods you will need for your holidays and has also has a small dining area ideal for family breakfast. For your convenience, this accommodation also has a laundry area with washing machine and some other utensils for your domestic chores.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable and with plenty of storage. One of the rooms also overlooks the beautiful view of the accommodation.
If you wish to rent a car there is a private parking space in the garage and many public parking spaces nearby. This is undoubtedly the best way to explore the island with all the comfort and freedom.

Funchal, the island's capital, is only 10 minutes away from the accommodation. The Lavradores Market, the old town and the seafront are just some of the landmarks you must visit.
The east side, like Ponta do Sol and Calheta, are the sunniest parts of the island and are easily accessible by car in about 40 minutes. On the other hand, the west side, such as Caniçal and the northwestern part of Santana are a must-see for everyone who visits us.
