Charme romantico yacht Harbour Beach Cottage

Yacht del progettista d'interni affascinante Harbour Beach Cottage Circa 700 mq. Ft. Circa. 3 minuti o 2 1/4 isolati dalla Twin Lakes Beach, dal porto, dal ristorante The Crows Nest e da altri ristoranti e attività all'aperto del porto.

La casa è un cottage con due camere da letto e un bagno sulla spiaggia con una grande luce esposta a sud. C'è una camera da letto principale con un letto matrimoniale, comò, TV e biancheria da letto di lusso. Una camera per gli ospiti con due letti singoli (può richiedere un re) i e una TV a schermo piatto. Un bagno con doccia e asciugamani ampi. Il soggiorno può ospitare 6 persone con TV, lettore DVD e comodi mobili in piuma. Infine, la piccola cucina completa con un angolo accogliente può ospitare fino a 4.

Ci sono tre posti a sedere in mattoni esterni compresi il cortile posteriore e anteriore con due lampade di calore, un barbecue, una doccia esterna con acqua calda e una vasca idromassaggio per il divertimento esterno. Il cortile è circondato da alte siepi e un bellissimo roseto. Sia il cortile che la parte anteriore sono riservati per la privacy e la comodità di voi stessi e dei vostri animali domestici.

The house location is perfect, it is close to downtown and the boardwalk. It will be even better when the closed for reconstruction road will be open and a neighbor's house renovating will be finished. Unfortunately, the Mexican construction workers turned their radio very loudly during the day time and did not respect the neiborhood quitness and dignity. Also, the house is more for pet owners. Probably, the outdated living room furniture stays there for that reason.

Nice, clean, comfortable place. Beautiful backyard and side yard. Easy access and parking.

Excellent renters! Very informative, courteous and considerate. Well stocked with clean towels, paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags. Clean linens and dishes. We didn’t need to clean anything before using it. We look forward to staying here again.

Quiet Garden Cottage

We enjoyed a few days in this charming cottage but plan for a longer stay this fall. Though small, it was perfect for us. We enjoyed slow mornings at the dining table and quiet evenings in the outdoor spaces. Although we did not cook much, the kitchen was well appointed and included a washer and dryer, which worked great. We enjoy knowing the home has history. The garden and hot tub area were beautiful and private.. a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The beach, harbor, a fun shop and restaurants were in walking distance. The Friday morning ukulele group and the Thursday night band was quintessential Santa Cruz! Can’t wait to return for a longer stay!

Great Summer Getaway

This is my families second time at the property and we had another wonderful trip. We love all that Santa Cruz and surrounding areas have to offer and this home has a perfect location. We love that this home is dog friendly, our dog enjoyed daily walks to the beach just down the street. We also loved unwinding in the hot tub at night. The home is small but it fit my family of 2 adults and 2 teens just fine. We had some trouble with the hot tub on the first day but the owner was very helpful and quick to respond. The regularly scheduled maintenance was the next day and it ran smoothly after that for the remainder of the week. My only slight con about our stay is that they are building a home across the street. The workers were there from 8-6 every day so there was construction noises and limited parking because of it. Overall we had an amazing trip and experienced so much of what Santa Cruz has to offer!

Quaint mission style

Overall it was great for us & the grandkids. It was clean & ready for our arrival. Nice backyard & great hot tub. Small kitchen & dining area but it was ok for the 4 of us.

Hidden gem

Small hidden home with walking distance to the beach. Securely tucked in a fenced in yard where you can sit outside in front or backyard and enjoy the sounds of the waves or relax in the backyard under the stars in the hot tub.

Perfect Beach Cottage

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming beach cottage! The highlight for us was the proximity to the beach and definitely the hot tub – it was the perfect way to unwind after a day spent exploring the beach. The cottage is incredibly dog-friendly, with two spacious, enclosed yards that gave our two pups plenty of room to play and relax. We also loved how easy it was to access the property, and cleanup was a breeze, making it the most stress-free vacation. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, making it simple to cook and enjoy meals at home. This beach cottage truly offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and relaxation. We can’t wait to return!

we have stayed at numerous properties in and around Santa Cruz over the last 30 years and this one ranked right up at the top. The hosts were phenomenal with their level of communication. The property was super clean, cozy, and exactly what was depicted within the pictures on the VRBO website.

Home away from home

Excellent stay in Santa Cruz. The owner is wonderful and made accommodations for us when we needed to come later than expected. The house is comfortable, clean, and conveniently located near the beach and fun restaurants. We look forward to returning.

Great Beach cabin

Early Valentine's weekend away from the kids! We enjoyed the space and took a Short drive and had lunch in Monterey! Also enjoyed local restaurants Lillians and paradise grille! Maybe we'll bring the kids next time perfect weekend beach house short walk from one of the best local beaches.

Fabulous Cottage in Great Location

Came for a few days to visit with friends. We had a wonderful time. The backyard is spacious and beautiful and the hot tub was a great touch! The house was clean and private and neighborhood was safe. The hosts were very helpful and responsive!

Great location, cozy, responsive!

This rental house was a fantastic find! It had a truly cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Speaking of which, the location was ideal – super close for the kids to easily go back and forth. The hot tub was a definite highlight, and we all slept great thanks to the comfy beds. The kitchen had everything we needed, even if it was a little small. Check-in was a breeze, and having parking right in front was so convenient. Plus, the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place!

We stayed here with our two adult daughters and dog for 3 nights at Christmastime — it was a cozy haven where we enjoyed walks to the beach, playing board games, cooking and soaking in the hot tub. Spotlessly clean and the owners couldn’t have been more hospitable, very easy communication. Highly recommend!

Sweet little house

Cute and comfortable vintage beach cottage! Everything was clean and in order. (We did not use the hot tub.) Our family two small senior pups enjoyed the sunny yard, Seabright Deli nearby, and walking down to the beach for sunset. Owner was easy to communicate with at checkout time. Thank you!
