The separate kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your meals. In addition to basic dishes and utensils, it features a hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and a convenient washing machine, providing all the equipment needed to make your daily life easier.

The inviting balcony is accessible from the living room, allowing you to enjoy the wonderful natural light that floods the space and relax outdoors with views of the sea and surrounding landscape.

Upstairs, the two bedrooms are harmoniously decorated to ensure peaceful nights. Both are equipped with comfortable double beds and wardrobes to conveniently store all your belongings. One of the bedrooms also has a small balcony.

The apartment has a total of three bathrooms: a practical guest bathroom on the lower floor and two full bathrooms on the upper floor in each bedroom.

The bathrooms have all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The neighbourhood energy is relaxing, safe and very welcoming, combining the essence of traditional Madeiran life with an irresistible coastal touch. A few minutes' drive away, you can marvel at the iconic Christ the King viewpoint in Garajau, offering breathtaking panoramic views over the ocean, or explore the famous Garajau Natural Reserve, a true paradise of crystal-clear waters for diving and snorkelling enthusiasts. For an afternoon in the sun or a refreshing swim, the iconic Reis Magos Beach is very close, surrounded by friendly restaurants and terraces where savouring traditional grilled limpets to the sound of the sea is a must.

Despite being enveloped in this serene and picturesque atmosphere, the proximity to the vibrant city of Funchal is one of the greatest assets of this address. In a quick and beautiful 10 to 15-minute drive, you will find yourself in the heart of the Madeiran capital. In addition to easy access to the capital, this location serves as an excellent base for exploring the island's other tourist wonders, with immediate access to the main expressway. It is less than 10 minutes from the International Airport and the picturesque town of Santa Cruz. Heading east along the coast, you'll quickly reach the historic bay of Machico (where you can relax on its golden sandy beach) and be dazzled by the arid and dramatic landscapes of the imposing Ponta de São Lourenço. A perfect address for those wishing to experience all the beauty, culture and nature of the "Pearl of the Atlantic" with maximum convenience!

The property is easily accessible by car, which is the most recommended mode of transport in Madeira.

Caniço is approximately 15 to 20 minutes by car from Madeira International Airport – Cristiano Ronaldo (FNC). Taxis and private transfers are readily available in the area.

This property has a self check-in system, and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3pm, subject to availability and confirmation.

Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use utility policy with a limit of €80 will be applied.

On the first days, we provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set of keys when available, lost keys or door opening service during the stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (Towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
