“All the staff & houskeeping were very friendly & accommodating, upgraded our cottage with out asking, taught me about the grounds, beautiful succulant plants, the Eagle that comes to their Eucalyptus trees & about the Monarch Butterflies they save their eggs inside until they hatch & have released over 4000. I actually got to see one coming out of its cocoon. Exciting! Very nice continental breakfast that they delivered to our cottage. The views of the ocean are the best & even if it was cool &...

“I thought the room was really excellent and the details, from the kettle to the shower were really top of the line. My only complaint was that the super inviting walk in shower, with the giant shower head, had very weak water pressure - it was a real disappointment.”

“We stayed for a week at Brookdale. We loved how there was a diner and a market right there. Only couple things that are minor inconvenience was the ice machine wasn’t working for a couple days. But the staff at the bar let us get some ice. And our room was supposed to be cleaned one day and we got back and it wasn’t refreshed. We will definitely be returning on our next vacation.”
