“Had to wait for clerk who was on a personal call. No Wi-Fi.
No night manager on duty.
Morning manager didn’t show up and breakfast could not be prepared because food was locked up. Mike Romero, the maintenance man, took charge, found the way to unlock the food to serve breakfast.
Long black hair in the bathroom.

“Coffee creamer in the room was curdled, coffee pods were old and one was open, balcony not clean at all, safe didn't work, headboard extremely loose. Just a little janky and enough to make us not stay again unfortunately.”
