Mountain Views from the Balcony

Beautiful mountain views from the balcony. Comfortable beds, great fireplace, good water pressure, and a well-stocked kitchen. Beautiful location on a hill with 360-degree views. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect for 4 of us

The place was very comfortable, perfect size for the 4 of us. The bedrooms were nice and beds comfortable. The bathrooms were a little dated, but Overall very clean and suited our purpose for a couple days.

Quiet space with generous room

Convenient to downtown, parking was right outside our door, nice quiet space with a generous amount of room with 2 bedrooms and two full baths.

The location and the townhouse itself were excellent. The reasons for not ranking it at 5, but at 4: imbalanced, and hence, noisy fans; we had too big vehicle for the suggested parking (F-250 did not fit the suggested top parking without trapping others) or there was an insufficient number of spots; it would be better if the townhouse had smart TVs, so that we could connect our accounts and enjoy some movies in the evening - the number of channels on satellite was limited; the hairdryer in the master bathroom barely worked (for long hair); the laundry was common, but it would be better to have washing machine in the townhouse.But these are all nice-to-haves and just a few improvements which could be made to get it to 5.

Morning Birdsong on the Balcony

The unit was well-equipped and comfortable. I especially enjoyed having coffee upstairs on the balcony in the mornings and watching the evening light in the evenings. The balcony looks over the canyon that bisects the grounds. The area is extremely quiet at night.

Beautiful and convenient location

It took a few days for us to get used to the high altitude and dry air, but we still enjoyed time walking around the beautiful property. It is so very lovely just to walk around surrounded by nature. There’s also a beautiful view of the sunset on the property. After acclimating to the climate, this location is conveniently located near other great places (short drive to stores, restaurants, and Meow Wolf) and walking distance to the Cross of the Martyrs, the plaza (so no need to pay for parking), and many other beautiful sites.

Family Reunion Stay

We held a family reunion in Santa Fe using three Fort Marcy condominiums which allowed the whole family to gather in Santa Fe from across the country. My wife and I have been using these condos since 2006 for our stays in New Mexico and finally move here in 2021. Each condominium has a different owner and therefore each is decorated differently with different appliances and decorations. We chose one condo with a large table where the whole family could gather for some meals before exploring Santa Fe. Everyone had a wonderful time together.

Great spot in Santa Fe

Family of 4 (two kids under 10) stayed here for 4 nights. Wonderful condo, great set up, super clean, comfortable beds, amazing location. Easy access to Old Santa Fe, and literally everything you would want to go to is within a 10 minute drive. View is lovely, a super short walk to the Cross of St. Mary with even better views. Property is very nicely maintained with an indoor pool and hot tub we took advantage of every afternoon. Laundry is coin operated in the clubhouse not in the unit but is efficient (maybe bring a detergent pod or box). The listing does mention toys and what not in the unit which isn't accurate so if you were packing light as a result I'd bring some toys and games ect. We would happily stay in this unit on this property again! Also Santa Fe is awesome!

A lot of disappointments with the basics of the unit such as the 2nd bathroom and supplies. Broken second shower with fowl odor coming from drain. Lights on balcony not working. Door from Balcony to twin bedroom wouldn't lock. No soap in powder room and no extra hand soap in the whole unit. No extra trash bags anywhere in the unit. Front closet too full to hang jackets. TV was old and had no fire stick or Roku so unable to stream any movies or series. etc... No wood or matches provided for fire place. That didn't feel very welcoming. Walking distance to Plaza was nice and the property grounds were nice. I left messages for the front office and housekeeping and never heard anything back.
